[Abstract]:Network autonomous learning is advocated nowadays, but the classroom management of network autonomous learning is a new challenge to teachers. There are two basic ways of classroom management: monitoring and encouragement. In terms of Foucault's early philosophy, monitoring is a discipline for learners, and motivation will stimulate learners' subjectivity. Monitoring and encouragement are a pair of contradictory concepts in classroom management. However, from Foucault's later philosophical thought, monitoring is the embodiment of modernity and has a positive side. If subjectivity is stimulated and displayed, learners can be redeemed in discipline. This paper agrees with Foucault's late philosophy that the classroom management of web-based autonomous learning should and can achieve the harmonious interaction between monitoring and encouragement, that is, under the supervision of Foucault called "panoramic open view", the subject is encouraged. To achieve discipline and subjectivity fit together. Therefore, this paper designs the network autonomous learning classroom management model which combines monitoring and encouragement harmoniously, and carries on the empirical research. The research shows that the harmonious combination of monitoring and motivation is the best choice for the classroom management of web-based autonomous learning, and can significantly promote the progress of learning.
