【摘要】：高校輔導(dǎo)員是高校思想政治教育工作的核心力量之一,是大學(xué)生日常思想政治教育的管理者、組織者、指導(dǎo)者,所以,高校輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和精神品格的整體水平與高校思想政治教育工作的效果呈正向關(guān)系。大學(xué)生的健康成長需要輔導(dǎo)員具備高尚的職業(yè)精神品質(zhì)。隨著高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的不斷壯大,職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化的要求也水漲船高,輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的職業(yè)精神現(xiàn)狀如何?輔導(dǎo)員應(yīng)具備何種職業(yè)精神?如何探索出一條輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)路徑?這些都是高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)急需解決的問題�；谝陨蠁栴},本文在充分借鑒前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo),堅(jiān)持理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的原則,運(yùn)用調(diào)查研究、文獻(xiàn)分析等研究方法嘗試對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)精神培育現(xiàn)狀及存在問題予以梳理、分析,并對(duì)進(jìn)一步探索輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)精神培育路徑提出可行性建議。首先,本文界定了輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)精神的相關(guān)概念,詳細(xì)分析了輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)精神的構(gòu)成要素,從輔導(dǎo)員自身全面發(fā)展、高校人才培養(yǎng)和社會(huì)競爭三個(gè)方面闡述培育輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)精神的必要性。其次,通過對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)精神現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究,明確當(dāng)前高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)精神培育存在的問題,從輔導(dǎo)員自身、高校管理、社會(huì)認(rèn)可和時(shí)代背景四個(gè)層面分析其原因。最后,以輔導(dǎo)員自身發(fā)展、高校環(huán)境保障、社會(huì)輿論引導(dǎo)三點(diǎn)作為剖面,探索輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)精神培育可行性路徑。輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)精神培育是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜、艱巨的任務(wù),做好這項(xiàng)工作需要明確輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)精神的構(gòu)成要素,并且深入分析當(dāng)前輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)精神培育存在問題,并從個(gè)人、學(xué)校、社會(huì)三大方面探討輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)精神培育方案。
[Abstract]:College counselor is one of the core forces of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. It is the administrator, organizer and instructor of College Students' daily ideological and political education. Therefore, the overall level of the professional quality and spiritual character of college counselors has a positive relationship with the effect of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The instructor has the noble professional spirit quality. With the continuous expansion of the college counselor team, the professional and professional requirements are also rising, what is the professional spirit of the counselor team? What kind of professional spirit should the counselors have? How to explore the training path of the Counselor's professional spirit? These are the construction of college counselors. Based on the above problems, based on the above problems, this paper, on the basis of the predecessors' research, guided by the theory of Marx doctrine, persisted in the principle of connecting the theory with the reality, and used the research methods of investigation and literature analysis to try to sort out the status and problems of the professional spiritual cultivation of college counselors. First, this paper defines the relevant concepts of the professional spirit of the counselor, analyzes the elements of the professional spirit of the counselor in detail, and expounds the necessity of cultivating the professional spirit of the counselor from three aspects: the all-round development of the counselor itself, the training of the college talents and the social competition. Secondly, through the investigation and Research on the status of the Counselor's professional spirit, this paper makes clear the existing problems of the professional spirit cultivation of the college counselor team at four levels, from the counselors themselves, the university management, the social recognition and the background of the times. Finally, it takes the instructor's own development, the environmental protection of the University and the guidance of the social public opinion as the three points. It is a complex and arduous task to cultivate the professional spirit of the counselor. It needs to make clear the elements of the professional spirit of the counselor, and deeply analyze the problems of the professional spirit cultivation of the current counselor team, and discuss the three aspects from the individual, the school and the society.
