【摘要】：人文關懷是高校思想政治理論課教育教學的本質(zhì)要求,思想政治理論課教育教學是人文關懷顯現(xiàn)的重要載體。在高校思想政治教育領域中,人文關懷主要表現(xiàn)為尊重學生的主體性、關注學生的理想信念、培養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)造能力、關心學生的未來發(fā)展。高校思想政治理論課作為開展大學生思想政治教育的主渠道,將人文關懷與思想政治理論課教育教學有機融合,是提升大學生人文關懷精神,促進大學生全面發(fā)展,健康成才的客觀需要;是增強大學生思想政治理論課教育教學實效性的有力抓手;是豐富大學生思想政治教育方法論的內(nèi)在要求。本文以思想政治理論課教育教學為背景依托,以人文關懷理念為切入點,在厘清人文關懷的科學內(nèi)涵、價值追求、具體內(nèi)容和倫理淵源的基礎之上,闡明思想政治理論課教育教學注重人文關懷的重要性和迫切需要。以調(diào)查問卷的形式,對陜西地區(qū)部分高校思政課教育教學的人文關懷現(xiàn)狀和大學生人文關懷意識現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)研,指明當前高校思政課教育教學在人文關懷方面存在的突出問題。從社會、教師、教學過程三方面剖析其問題產(chǎn)生的主要原因,著重對思想政治理論課程的人文關懷價值進行發(fā)掘和提煉,立足教育教學的基本點,升華教材內(nèi)容的理論魅力,使課程內(nèi)涵更加體現(xiàn)人文關懷,突出教化功能,提升思想政治理論課的文化品位和文化內(nèi)涵,潛移默化的影響和塑造大學生的人文關懷精神。并且強調(diào)發(fā)揮教師引導,以教師的理想信念、高尚情操、扎實學識和仁愛之心來尊重、理解、關愛、鼓舞、激勵學生。同時創(chuàng)設良好的人文環(huán)境,通過管理育人、以文化人、以文育人等特有的方式潤物無聲地感染人的情緒、熏陶人的思想、啟迪人的心智,為大學生人文關懷缺失問題的解決提供實操性對策思路。
[Abstract]:Humanistic care is the essential requirement of ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities, and the teaching of ideological and political theory is an important carrier of humanistic care. In the field of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, humanistic concern is mainly manifested in respecting students' subjectivity, paying attention to students' ideals and beliefs, cultivating students' creative ability and caring for their future development. As the main channel of college students' ideological and political education, the course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities combines humanistic solicitude with education and teaching of ideological and political theory, which is to promote the spirit of humanistic care of college students and promote the all-round development of college students. The objective need of healthy becoming a talented person is an effective way to strengthen the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and political theory course of college students, and is the inherent requirement of enriching the methodology of ideological and political education of college students. Based on the background of ideological and political theory teaching and the concept of humanistic care, this paper clarifies the scientific connotation, value pursuit, concrete content and ethical origin of humanistic care. This paper expounds the importance and urgent need of paying attention to humanistic care in ideological and political theory teaching. In the form of questionnaire, this paper investigates the present situation of humanistic care in the ideological and political education and teaching of some colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province, and points out the outstanding problems existing in the humanistic care in the teaching of ideological and political education in colleges and universities at present. From three aspects of society, teachers and teaching process, this paper analyzes the main causes of the problems, and focuses on exploring and refining the humanistic care value of the ideological and political theory course, based on the basic points of education and teaching, and sublimating the theoretical charm of the contents of the teaching materials. So that the connotation of the curriculum embodies humanistic concern, highlights the function of education, promotes the cultural taste and connotation of the ideological and political theory course, influences and shapes the humanistic care spirit of the college students imperceptibly. It also emphasizes teachers' guidance, respect, understanding, love, encouragement and encouragement with teachers' ideal and belief, noble sentiment, solid knowledge and benevolent heart. At the same time, we should create a good humanistic environment, educate people through management, infect people's emotions silently with special ways such as cultural and cultural education, edify people's thoughts, enlighten people's minds, etc. To provide practical countermeasures for solving the problem of lack of humanistic care for college students.
