【摘要】：美國從立國之初便形成了在民眾中實行思想政治教育的傳統(tǒng),上到國家法律法規(guī)、政府首腦、下到教育機構、高等院校,都將思想政治教育作為重要任務。其中,高校思想政治教育具有一整套行之有效的管理機制、方式和方法,高校所有這些思想政治教育工作都是互相配合,協(xié)調一致,從而匯聚成全校共同推進的強大合力。在新形勢、新情況下,我國高校德育教育既取得一定成效,也存在一些問題,通過學習借鑒美國大學思想政治教育工作成功經驗,開辟一條適合我國高校實際的德育道路,依據時代特點樹立德育開放意識,根據形勢發(fā)展優(yōu)化德育內容結構,針對教育對象創(chuàng)新德育教育方法,根據社會需求發(fā)揮德育教育功能。對我國高校培養(yǎng)社會主義建設者和接班人、增強德育實效具有非常重要的現實意義。本文全文分為四個章節(jié)的內容:首先為緒論部分,探討了本文的選題背景、理論與現實研究意義、國內外研究現狀、研究思路與研究方法、論文創(chuàng)新點。第一章厘清了德育相關概念以及影響我國高校德育實效性的主要因素。這一章節(jié)在論述德育以及德育實效性概念的基礎上,分析了影響高校德育實效性的主要因素。第二章探究了美國大學思想政治教育相關內容。主要從美國大學思想政治教育的主要內容、主要方式以及主要經驗進行深入研究。第三章分析了我國高校德育實效性取得的成績以及存在的問題,同時分析了存在這些問題的主要原因。第四章闡述了美國大學思想政治教育經驗對提高我國高校德育實效的啟示。主要觀點有:依據時代特點樹立德育開放意識;根據形勢發(fā)展優(yōu)化德育內容結構;針對教育對象創(chuàng)新德育教育方法;根據社會需求發(fā)揮德育教育功能。最后為結語部分,總結前文。
[Abstract]:From the beginning of its founding, the United States has formed the tradition of carrying out ideological and political education among the people, from the top to the national laws and regulations, to the heads of government, down to educational institutions and institutions of higher learning, all of which regard ideological and political education as an important task. Among them, ideological and political education in colleges and universities has a set of effective management mechanism, ways and methods. In the new situation and under new circumstances, moral education in colleges and universities in China has not only achieved certain results, but also some problems. By learning from the successful experience of ideological and political education in American universities, we have opened up a path of moral education suitable for the reality of our colleges and universities. According to the characteristics of the times, we should set up the open consciousness of moral education, optimize the content structure of moral education according to the development of the situation, innovate the methods of moral education for the object of education, and give play to the function of moral education according to the It is of great practical significance for colleges and universities to train socialist constructors and successors and to enhance the effectiveness of moral education. This paper is divided into four chapters: the first part is the introduction, the paper discusses the background of the topic, theoretical and practical research significance, domestic and foreign research status, research ideas and research methods, innovative points of the paper. The first chapter clarifies the related concepts of moral education and the main factors affecting the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities in China. Based on the discussion of moral education and the concept of effectiveness of moral education, this chapter analyzes the main factors that affect the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities. The second chapter explores the relevant contents of ideological and political education in American universities. The main contents, main ways and experiences of ideological and political education in American universities are studied in depth. The third chapter analyzes the achievements and problems of moral education in colleges and universities in China, and analyzes the main reasons for these problems. The fourth chapter expounds the enlightenment of American college ideological and political education experience to improve the actual effect of moral education in colleges and universities in our country. The main points of view are as follows: to establish the open consciousness of moral education according to the characteristics of the times; to optimize the content structure of moral education according to the development of situation; The last part is the conclusion.
