【摘要】：現(xiàn)代政治文明是以民主為核心的民主政治文明,這也是我國(guó)社會(huì)主義政治文明建設(shè)的目標(biāo),而民主化進(jìn)程發(fā)展需要一定的社會(huì)條件為支撐,其中人們的民主素質(zhì)是其不可或缺的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)和必要條件。人們應(yīng)該提升自己的民主素質(zhì),跟上我國(guó)社會(huì)主義民主建設(shè)的步伐,參與到我國(guó)社會(huì)主義民主建設(shè)的過(guò)程當(dāng)中。而當(dāng)代大學(xué)生是我國(guó)的社會(huì)主義政治文明建設(shè)的后備軍和主要力量,能否切實(shí)提高當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的民主素質(zhì)水平,關(guān)系到我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的平穩(wěn)發(fā)展,關(guān)系到我國(guó)民主政治的不斷完善,關(guān)系到整個(gè)社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步。了解當(dāng)代大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)培育的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并嘗試提出解決方案,對(duì)于提高大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì),具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)量分析法等研究方法,以天津高校為樣本,對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)大學(xué)生民主現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,獲得了真實(shí)可信的第一手資料。進(jìn)而總結(jié)了大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)培育的積極成果,剖析了其存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了反思。本文介紹了大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)培育的基本原則,重點(diǎn)對(duì)如何加強(qiáng)和完善大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)培育的路徑進(jìn)行了探討。從教師增添民主教育內(nèi)容和改善教學(xué)方法上加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生對(duì)民主的認(rèn)識(shí),從完善大學(xué)生民主參與保障制度、培育大學(xué)生參與文化和發(fā)揮校園媒體的民主話(huà)語(yǔ)權(quán)上豐富大學(xué)生的民主實(shí)踐活動(dòng)方式。同時(shí)要統(tǒng)籌學(xué)生、家庭、學(xué)校和社會(huì)四方的聯(lián)動(dòng)的作用,使大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)培育的各方面相互聯(lián)系、緊密結(jié)合,為大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)培育找到適宜的方法。本文在結(jié)語(yǔ)中進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)調(diào)了大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)培育對(duì)于社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)的重要意義,希望通過(guò)各方面的共同努力,大學(xué)生能夠接受民主的信念,養(yǎng)成民主的行為習(xí)慣,并內(nèi)化為自己的價(jià)值觀(guān)。總之,大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)培育的意義是毋庸置疑的,但卻鮮有人把它作為一個(gè)理論問(wèn)題來(lái)探討。筆者嘗試梳理其理論基礎(chǔ)、通過(guò)調(diào)查獲得第一手資料,力圖找出有借鑒意義和可操作性強(qiáng)的對(duì)策。不過(guò),論文對(duì)某些問(wèn)題的研究尚不充分其中的觀(guān)點(diǎn)和分析也難免存有不足,還有進(jìn)一步研究的空間。
[Abstract]:Modern political civilization is a democratic political civilization with democracy as the core, which is also the goal of the construction of socialist political civilization in China. Among them, people's democratic quality is its indispensable social foundation and necessary condition. People should improve their democratic quality, keep up with the pace of socialist democratic construction in China, and participate in the process of socialist democratic construction in China. Contemporary college students are the reserve force and main force in the construction of socialist political civilization in China. Whether or not they can effectively improve the democratic quality of contemporary college students is related to the steady development of our economy and the constant improvement of our democratic politics. Related to the continuous progress of the whole society. It is of great practical significance to understand the present situation of the cultivation of democratic quality of contemporary college students, to find out the problems and to try to put forward solutions to improve the democratic quality of college students. By using the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation and quantitative analysis, this paper makes a systematic study on the present democratic situation of college students in Tianjin, and obtains the authentic and credible first-hand data. Furthermore, this paper summarizes the positive achievements of cultivating college students' democratic quality, analyzes its existing problems, and reflects on the related problems. This paper introduces the basic principles of cultivating the democratic quality of college students, and probes into how to strengthen and perfect the path of cultivating the democratic quality of college students. From the aspects of increasing the content of democratic education and improving teaching methods, we should strengthen college students' understanding of democracy, and improve the guarantee system of college students' democratic participation. Cultivating college students' participation in culture and giving play to the right of democratic discourse in campus media enriches the way of democratic practical activities of college students. At the same time, it is necessary to coordinate the interaction of students, families, schools and society, so that all aspects of college students' democratic quality cultivation can be linked closely, so as to find a suitable method for the cultivation of college students' democratic quality. In the conclusion, this paper further emphasizes the importance of the cultivation of college students' democratic qualities for the construction of socialist democratic politics. It is hoped that through the joint efforts of all aspects, college students can accept democratic beliefs and develop democratic behavior habits. And internalize their values. In a word, the significance of cultivating college students' democratic quality is beyond doubt, but few people discuss it as a theoretical problem. The author tries to sort out its theoretical basis and obtain first-hand information through investigation, and tries to find out the countermeasures with reference significance and strong maneuverability. However, the research on some problems in this paper is not enough, and there is still room for further study.
