【摘要】：遠(yuǎn)程教育發(fā)展為成人學(xué)習(xí)者提供了新的學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì),滿足了人們的求知欲望并促進(jìn)了民眾整體文化素質(zhì)的提高。依據(jù)信息技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),面向成人學(xué)習(xí)者的遠(yuǎn)程教育信息資源建設(shè)具有多方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)。在面向成人學(xué)習(xí)者的遠(yuǎn)程教育信息資源保障機(jī)制建設(shè)和完善的過(guò)程中,要堅(jiān)持一定的原則,應(yīng)以成人學(xué)習(xí)者自身需求為中心,進(jìn)行信息的選擇和更新;要遵循教育信息資源建設(shè)規(guī)范,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的合理分類(lèi),建立遠(yuǎn)程教育信息資源的監(jiān)督管理機(jī)制和教育信息資源的評(píng)價(jià)反饋機(jī)制,搭建信息交流平臺(tái),共同實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程教育信息資源保障機(jī)制的完善。
[Abstract]:The development of distance education provides adult learners with new learning opportunities, satisfies people's desire for knowledge and promotes the improvement of the overall cultural quality of the population. According to information technology and computer technology, The construction of distance education information resources for adult learners has many advantages. In the process of constructing and perfecting the information resources guarantee mechanism of distance education for adult learners, we should adhere to certain principles. We should take adult learners' needs as the center, select and update the information, follow the construction standard of educational information resources, and realize the reasonable classification of resources. The supervision and management mechanism of the information resources of distance education and the evaluation and feedback mechanism of the information resources of education are established, and the information exchange platform is built to realize the perfection of the guarantee mechanism of the information resources of the distance education together.
