【摘要】：成人教育作為我國教育體系中的一個重要組成部分,其師資力量素質(zhì)關(guān)系著整體成人教育的成效。而教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展是一項多階段、多層次和多維度的建設(shè)工程,就目前高校成人教育教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展水平來分析,還存在一些問題,主要表現(xiàn)為教師專業(yè)化能力偏低。因此,針對高校成人教育教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展路徑研究具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:As an important part of our country's education system, the quality of teachers' strength relates to the effect of the whole adult education, and the professional development of teachers is a multi-stage, multi-level and multi-dimensional construction project. There are still some problems in the professional development of adult education teachers in colleges and universities, which are mainly reflected in the low professional ability of teachers. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the professional development path of adult education teachers in colleges and universities.
