【摘要】：國內(nèi)一些高校少數(shù)民族學(xué)生工作存在培養(yǎng)模式難以適應(yīng)學(xué)生需要,涉及民族和宗教問題難于把握,以及工作針對性和系統(tǒng)性不強等問題。文章在總結(jié)少數(shù)民族學(xué)生特點和高校少數(shù)民族學(xué)生工作現(xiàn)實困難的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒國外對少數(shù)族裔的管理經(jīng)驗,提出加快推進少數(shù)民族權(quán)益保障和依法管理的法制建設(shè),探索高校人才培養(yǎng)模式的柔性轉(zhuǎn)變,系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃少數(shù)民族學(xué)生工作等對策。
[Abstract]:In some colleges and universities, it is difficult to meet the needs of the students, and it is difficult to grasp the problems of nationality and religion. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of ethnic minority students and the practical difficulties in the work of ethnic minority students in colleges and universities, the article draws lessons from the management experience of foreign ethnic minorities. The paper puts forward some countermeasures such as speeding up the legal construction of minority rights and interests protection and management according to law, exploring the flexible transformation of talent training mode in colleges and universities, and systematically planning the work of minority students.
