【摘要】:校本教研為教育工作提供了開放的制度保障,為教育教學(xué)營(yíng)造了一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)型的學(xué)校文化氛圍,為教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展搭建了一個(gè)反思的平臺(tái),能幫助學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng),促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展。
