【摘要】：課堂教學應變能力即教育機智,是一種體現(xiàn)在課堂教學過程中教師靈活的組織課堂教學和優(yōu)化教學過程的能力。不論是從教師教的角度講還是從學生學的角度講,教師、學生和教材這三種因素在課堂教學過程當中都扮演著自己的角色。在這種動態(tài)的、錯綜復雜的關系之中,不管什么學科的老師的都應該具備課堂教學應變能力,尤其是作為教育基礎學科的語文老師。但是在現(xiàn)實教學中,教師處理課堂“突發(fā)事件”即教師的課堂教學應變能力并未受到足夠的重視,教師的課堂教學應變能力在很多方面都有所欠缺。這引起了我們的關注和重視。本文選取了新鄉(xiāng)市三所高中作為研究對象,其中包括一所河南省教育廳直屬的具有實驗性和示范性的省級重點中學,一所新鄉(xiāng)市教學質(zhì)量、升學率等各方面都較好的市級重點中學,一所縣級重點中學,采用了文獻分析法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、統(tǒng)計分析法從教師和學生兩個方面分進行研究,分析存在的問題,給出解決問題的相對應的策略。本文包括四個部分,第一部分是緒論,主要是敘述了本文研究的背景和意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路和方法以及本文的創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分是第一章,主要是敘述了本文相關的概念、本文的理論基礎以及現(xiàn)實意義。第三部分是第二章,主要是敘述了本文的調(diào)查方案、調(diào)查結(jié)果分析、存在的問題已經(jīng)歸因分析。第四部分第三章,主要探討了提升高中語文教師課堂教學能力的策略。本文專門針對教學應變能力在高中語文課堂教學這一獨特的教學情境中的運用進行研究,其中對教學應變能力在高中語文課堂教學中的運用進行了系統(tǒng)的調(diào)查與分析,這在研究界尚屬少數(shù)。筆者希望能通過問卷調(diào)查、訪談以及案例研究的方法對高中語文教師課堂教學應變能力的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題以及提出相應的策略等方面對一線的高中語文教師提供一些力所能及的幫助。
[Abstract]:The adaptability of classroom teaching, that is, educational tact, is a flexible ability of teachers to organize classroom teaching and optimize the teaching process in the process of classroom teaching. Whether from the point of view of teachers' teaching or from the point of view of students' learning, teachers, students and teaching materials all play their own roles in the process of classroom teaching. In this dynamic and complicated relationship, teachers in any subject should have the ability to adapt to classroom teaching, especially as a Chinese teacher in the basic subject of education. However, in practical teaching, teachers' ability to deal with classroom "emergencies", that is, teachers' ability to respond to classroom teaching, has not been paid enough attention, and teachers' ability to respond to classroom teaching is lacking in many aspects. This has attracted our attention and attention. In this paper, three senior high schools in Xinxiang City are selected as the research objects, including an experimental and exemplary provincial key middle school directly under the Department of Education of Henan Province, a municipal key middle school with good teaching quality and transition rate in Xinxiang City, and a county-level key middle school. The literature analysis method, interview method, questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method are used to carry on the research from two aspects: teachers and students. The existing problems are analyzed and the corresponding strategies to solve the problems are given. This paper consists of four parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly describes the background and significance of this study, research status, research ideas and methods, as well as the innovation of this paper. The second part is the first chapter, mainly describes the related concepts of this paper, the theoretical basis and practical significance of this paper. The third part is the second chapter, mainly describes the investigation scheme of this paper, the analysis of the results of the survey, the existing problems have been attributed analysis. The fourth part, the third chapter, mainly discusses the strategies to improve the classroom teaching ability of senior high school Chinese teachers. This paper focuses on the application of teaching adaptability in the unique teaching situation of Chinese classroom teaching in senior high school, in which the application of teaching adaptability in Chinese classroom teaching in senior high school is systematically investigated and analyzed, which is still a small number in the field of research. The author hopes that the methods of questionnaire, interview and case study can provide some help to the Chinese teachers in senior high school in terms of the present situation of classroom teaching adaptability, the existing problems and the corresponding strategies.
