SWOT分析法與中小學(xué)名師培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的自我預(yù)設(shè)

【摘要】：名師培養(yǎng)需要走個性化專業(yè)發(fā)展之路。以"浙派名師培養(yǎng)工程"為例,針對個性化培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)設(shè)置中存在的問題,提出教師自我預(yù)設(shè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的策略。為使自我預(yù)設(shè)目標(biāo)更具針對性,運用了SWOT分析方法,結(jié)合具體操作步驟,從而實現(xiàn)對名師的有效培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of famous teachers needs to take the road of individualized professional development. Taking the training Project of famous Teachers of Zhejiang School as an example, aiming at the problems existing in the setting of individualized training objectives, this paper puts forward the strategies of teachers' self-presupposition of training objectives. In order to make the self-presupposition goal more targeted, the SWOT analysis method is used, combined with the concrete operation steps, so as to realize the effective cultivation of famous teachers.
