學校文化的載體與生成

【摘要】:學校文化基于教育、生于師生、成于社會。對學校教育本質的理解決定著學校文化形成與發(fā)展背后的價值觀。學校文化的主要載體是師生,每所學校文化都應該帶著自身校情即師情、生情來生成其獨有的校本文化,動態(tài)發(fā)展的校本文化也是對師情、生情動態(tài)發(fā)展的反映。學校文化不是封閉保守的,而具有更開放的態(tài)度和更廣闊的社會聯(lián)系。為學生培養(yǎng)營造開放包容的大社會氛圍,可更好地奠定學校文化的社會根基并使之回饋社會。
[Abstract]:School culture is based on education, born in teachers and students, become a society. The understanding of the essence of school education determines the values behind the formation and development of school culture. The main carrier of school culture is teachers and students. Each school culture should bring its own school feelings, that is, teachers' feelings, students' feelings to generate its unique school-based culture, and the dynamic development of school-based culture is also a reflection of the dynamic development of teachers' feelings and students' feelings. School culture is not closed and conservative, but has a more open attitude and broader social ties. Creating an open and inclusive social atmosphere for students can better lay the social foundation of school culture and make it return to the society.
