【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政是一種民意表達,是公民表達權(quán)的實現(xiàn)形式。政府回應(yīng)包含對民眾要求的反應(yīng)和所采取的解決問題的措施。當(dāng)前,政府回應(yīng)公民網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政存在著政府回應(yīng)力不足、回應(yīng)信息不完備、回應(yīng)渠道不暢通、對待回應(yīng)的認識分歧等方面的問題。良性的政府回應(yīng)機制是公民網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政健康發(fā)展的前提。為此,應(yīng)積極回應(yīng)公民的利益訴求;推進政務(wù)公開,保障民眾的知情權(quán);以合作理念重塑政府與民眾的關(guān)系,達成民意共識;拓展網(wǎng)絡(luò)溝通的渠道,切實保障民眾的表達權(quán);加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體類型化分析,采取不同的應(yīng)對措施;加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息管理,通過組織引導(dǎo)與部門協(xié)同,確保及時回應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Network political inquiry is a kind of expression of public opinion and the realization of citizens' right of expression. The government's response includes responses to public demands and measures to solve problems. At present, there are some problems in the government response to citizen network, such as the insufficient response of the government, the incomplete information of the response, the unsmooth channels of response, the differences of understanding of the response, and so on. A benign government response mechanism is the premise of the healthy development of citizen network politics. Therefore, we should respond positively to the interests of citizens, promote the openness of government affairs and protect the people's right to know, reshape the relationship between the government and the people with the concept of cooperation, reach a consensus on public opinion, expand the channels of network communication, and effectively protect the people's right to express. Strengthen the network group typology analysis, take different countermeasures, strengthen the network information management, through the organization guidance and the department coordination, ensure the timely response.
