【摘要】：庫(kù)存管理是指在貨物貯存和物流的過(guò)程中,對(duì)于商品數(shù)量及行為的控制和管理。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)信息管理技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,利用計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)商場(chǎng)的庫(kù)存管理,能夠顯著提高企業(yè)庫(kù)存管理的效率,也是企業(yè)辦公自動(dòng)化的必然要求。庫(kù)存管理效率的高低、質(zhì)量的好壞和實(shí)時(shí)性的強(qiáng)弱,直接關(guān)乎企業(yè)的核心利益。企業(yè)擁有良好和高效的庫(kù)存管理系統(tǒng),將會(huì)極大提高其庫(kù)存管理能力,能夠依據(jù)商品需求的變化對(duì)庫(kù)存進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的控制,并在其間取得合適的平衡點(diǎn),提高庫(kù)存效率,獲取最大利益。反之,則將導(dǎo)致過(guò)多流動(dòng)資金被占用,加重了利息負(fù)擔(dān),同時(shí)還要面臨貨物折舊、變質(zhì)及貶值的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文以?shī)W特萊斯商場(chǎng)的庫(kù)存信息化管理為背景,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外庫(kù)存管理系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀,論述了庫(kù)存管理系統(tǒng)作為大型商業(yè)廣場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)所必需的信息化商品管理工具的重要性,進(jìn)而對(duì)目前庫(kù)存管理系統(tǒng)存在的效率不高、信息量不足等現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題提出了具有針對(duì)性的解決方案。在本系統(tǒng)的需求分析階段,采用了統(tǒng)一建模語(yǔ)言UML中的用例圖工具對(duì)系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯進(jìn)行了梳理和介紹。在詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)階段,對(duì)庫(kù)存盤點(diǎn)管理、預(yù)警管理、庫(kù)存調(diào)動(dòng)管理、備份管理、商品入庫(kù)管理和商品出庫(kù)管理等模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地介紹和闡述。本系統(tǒng)采用了 C/S(Client/Server)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行開發(fā),客戶端軟件使用Visual C#2008實(shí)現(xiàn),數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)使用SQLServer2008。在系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)部分,本文主要進(jìn)行了各功能模塊的操作界面展示,并對(duì)界面中各控件的協(xié)同工作和數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)動(dòng)進(jìn)行了介紹。同時(shí),對(duì)于系統(tǒng)各模塊中關(guān)鍵部分的實(shí)現(xiàn)代碼也進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地闡述和說(shuō)明。目前該系統(tǒng)已在奧特萊斯商場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,并已取得預(yù)期效果,有效提高了該商場(chǎng)的庫(kù)存管理效率。
[Abstract]:Inventory management refers to the control and management of the quantity and behavior of goods in the process of goods storage and logistics. With the rapid development of computer information management technology, the use of computer system to achieve inventory management in shopping malls can significantly improve the efficiency of enterprise inventory management, and is also an inevitable requirement of office automation. The efficiency of inventory management, the quality of quality and the strength of real-time are directly related to the core interests of enterprises. The enterprise has a good and efficient inventory management system, which will greatly improve its inventory management ability, can control the inventory according to the change of commodity demand, and obtain the appropriate balance point in the process to improve the inventory efficiency. Gain the best benefit. On the other hand, it will lead to excessive use of liquidity, increase the burden of interest, but also face the risk of depreciation, deterioration and depreciation of goods. In this paper, the importance of inventory management system as a necessary information commodity management tool for the operation of large commercial square is discussed, based on the background of inventory information management in Otelles shopping mall and the research status of inventory management system at home and abroad. Furthermore, the paper puts forward some specific solutions to the problems existing in the inventory management system, such as low efficiency, insufficient information and so on. In the requirement analysis stage of the system, the use case diagram tool in UML is used to sort out and introduce the business logic of the system. In the detailed design stage, the modules of inventory management, early warning management, inventory mobilization management, backup management, commodity inventory management and commodity exit management are introduced and expounded in detail. The system uses C / S (client / Server) architecture to develop, the client software is implemented by Visual C#2008, and the database is implemented by SQL Server 2008. In the part of system realization, this paper mainly shows the operation interface of each function module, and introduces the cooperative work and data linkage of each control in the interface. At the same time, the key parts of the system are described and explained in detail. At present, the system has been running stably in the Otelles market, and has achieved the expected results, effectively improving the efficiency of inventory management in the store.
