　　當(dāng)前，伴隨著綜合國(guó)力的提升，中國(guó)在國(guó)際社會(huì)中的影響日漸突出，與國(guó)際社會(huì)的交流也日益增多，而口譯在其中扮演著不可或缺的角色。然而在口譯過程中，特別是在英譯漢的交替?zhèn)髯g中，譯員卻經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到英語長(zhǎng)難復(fù)雜句的翻譯困難，造成源語信息缺失，翻譯不暢等問題，違背了忠實(shí)性、流暢性和即時(shí)性的口譯原則，進(jìn)而影響口譯質(zhì)量。 本文是一篇英譯中交替?zhèn)髯g任務(wù)的實(shí)踐報(bào)告，所描述的口譯任務(wù)是筆者在2014年中國(guó)（北京）國(guó)際服務(wù)貿(mào)易交易會(huì)中，為參加本次交易會(huì)藝術(shù)展覽的展商提供的陪同翻譯和交替?zhèn)髯g。其中，作者重點(diǎn)選取了香港參展商約翰所做的關(guān)于中國(guó)古代龍袍和絲綢制品展示的英文講話作為本文的案例分析對(duì)象，旨在分析筆者在此次英譯漢交替?zhèn)髯g的任務(wù)中所做的準(zhǔn)備，以及在完成此次口譯任務(wù)中所遇到的各類問題，尤其是筆者在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)翻譯一些英語長(zhǎng)難復(fù)雜句的時(shí)候碰到的各種困難，并針對(duì)這些問題探討相應(yīng)的口譯策略和解決方案。
