S公司海陽核電項(xiàng)目物資采購管理研究

【摘要】:我國核電項(xiàng)目日益增多,核電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)也迅速發(fā)展,因而核電項(xiàng)目管理的重要性也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來。采購管理作為項(xiàng)目管理的關(guān)鍵組成部分,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量、成本以及工期等方面起著十分重要的作用,這就要求核電制造企業(yè)不斷改進(jìn)和完善項(xiàng)目采購管理工作,以確保項(xiàng)目物資按質(zhì)、按時(shí)供應(yīng)。 本文以S公司海陽核電項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,通過理論聯(lián)系實(shí)踐對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的采購管理進(jìn)行分析研究。首先介紹論文的寫作背景、目的和意義論文的創(chuàng)新之處;其次概述了該項(xiàng)目的整體概況。 確立了該項(xiàng)目采購管理特點(diǎn),并對(duì)該項(xiàng)目物資采購存在的問題進(jìn)行了介紹;再次結(jié)合目前存在的問題,從采購機(jī)制的實(shí)施,,集中采購的建立,建立一個(gè)可行的投標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制三個(gè)方面改進(jìn)成本管理;結(jié)合公司的項(xiàng)目采購,運(yùn)用分析層次過程法建立了供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)系統(tǒng),并求解獲得了影響核電項(xiàng)目采購指標(biāo)因素重要性系數(shù),為S公司加強(qiáng)采購管理提供決策依據(jù);最后,通過對(duì)該項(xiàng)目采購風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的識(shí)別、評(píng)估得出采購風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的規(guī)避及對(duì)策,從而達(dá)到提高海陽核電項(xiàng)目采購管理水平,完善采購管理措施的目的。

This paper takes Haiyang Nuclear Power Project of S Company as the research object and analyzes the purchasing management of the project through the combination of theory and practice. Again, according to the existing problems, from the implementation of the procurement mechanism, the establishment of centralized procurement, Establishing a feasible bidding evaluation mechanism to improve cost management, combining the project purchasing of the company, using the analytic hierarchy process method to establish the supplier evaluation index system, The importance coefficient of the factors influencing the purchasing index of nuclear power project is obtained, which provides the decision basis for S company to strengthen the procurement management. Finally, through the identification of the procurement risk of the project, the circumvention of the procurement risk and the countermeasures are obtained.
