汽車涂裝過程控制應用研究

【摘要】:H公司新成立涂裝車間,在過去一年中,產品質量不穩(wěn)定,過程單車問題點居高不下;成本管理粗放,年平均單臺能耗在500.25元(對標企業(yè)單車能耗在320元左右,,超56%);JPH(每小時生產臺數(shù))年平均22,只達到設計產能的63%。針對目前情況,本文就涂裝過程的關鍵要素人、機、料、法、環(huán)中的機、料、法、環(huán)進行研究,以提高產品實物質量,降低成本,提高勞動生產率。 H公司涂料供應方式雖為化學品集中管理,但存在管理組織不清晰,分工不明確,特殊情況的處理無法可依的情況;因此本課題通過對對化學品集中管理進一步研究,以規(guī)范化學品集中管理的操作流程。 涂裝環(huán)境控制嚴格程度很大程度上左右噴涂質量。本文就涂裝保潔工作進一步研究,并提出現(xiàn)場保潔模塊化管理的概念,以提高保潔工作的實際效果。 本文就涂裝常見缺陷進行分析研究,在形成機理、分析方法等方面運用質量控制的一些方法,以期能提高涂裝缺陷的管控水平,分析出缺陷的形成原因,做到能提前預防,并通過對上述工作的歸納,形成一套解決問題的方法。 涂裝設備是否處于良好技術狀態(tài),是確保正常涂裝生產秩序和涂裝質量的關鍵。本文就一些關鍵設備原理及管控要點進行研究,對現(xiàn)場管控要點明確化,并形成現(xiàn)場點檢和操作文件,進行標準化管理,以形成一個防錯的設備管理現(xiàn)場,提高設備的OEE。

In this paper, the concept of modular management of field cleaning is put forward in order to improve the actual effect of cleaning work. In this paper, the common defects of coating are analyzed and studied, and some methods of quality control are used in the aspects of forming mechanism, analysis methods, etc., in order to improve the control level of coating defects, analyze the reasons for the formation of defects, and prevent them in advance. And through the induction of the above work, a set of solutions to the problem is formed. Whether the coating equipment is in good technical condition is the key to ensure the normal coating production order and coating quality. In this paper, the principle of some key equipment and the key points of control are studied, and the key points of field control are clarified, and the spot inspection and operation documents are formed, and standardized management is carried out, so as to form an error-proof equipment management site and improve the OEEE of the equipment.
