汽車涂裝過程控制應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:H公司新成立涂裝車間,在過去一年中,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定,過程單車問題點(diǎn)居高不下;成本管理粗放,年平均單臺(tái)能耗在500.25元(對(duì)標(biāo)企業(yè)單車能耗在320元左右,,超56%);JPH(每小時(shí)生產(chǎn)臺(tái)數(shù))年平均22,只達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)能的63%。針對(duì)目前情況,本文就涂裝過程的關(guān)鍵要素人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)中的機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)進(jìn)行研究,以提高產(chǎn)品實(shí)物質(zhì)量,降低成本,提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。 H公司涂料供應(yīng)方式雖為化學(xué)品集中管理,但存在管理組織不清晰,分工不明確,特殊情況的處理無法可依的情況;因此本課題通過對(duì)對(duì)化學(xué)品集中管理進(jìn)一步研究,以規(guī)范化學(xué)品集中管理的操作流程。 涂裝環(huán)境控制嚴(yán)格程度很大程度上左右噴涂質(zhì)量。本文就涂裝保潔工作進(jìn)一步研究,并提出現(xiàn)場保潔模塊化管理的概念,以提高保潔工作的實(shí)際效果。 本文就涂裝常見缺陷進(jìn)行分析研究,在形成機(jī)理、分析方法等方面運(yùn)用質(zhì)量控制的一些方法,以期能提高涂裝缺陷的管控水平,分析出缺陷的形成原因,做到能提前預(yù)防,并通過對(duì)上述工作的歸納,形成一套解決問題的方法。 涂裝設(shè)備是否處于良好技術(shù)狀態(tài),是確保正常涂裝生產(chǎn)秩序和涂裝質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。本文就一些關(guān)鍵設(shè)備原理及管控要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)現(xiàn)場管控要點(diǎn)明確化,并形成現(xiàn)場點(diǎn)檢和操作文件,進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理,以形成一個(gè)防錯(cuò)的設(shè)備管理現(xiàn)場,提高設(shè)備的OEE。
[Abstract]:H company has set up a new painting workshop, in the past year, the product quality is unstable, the process cycle problem point is high, the cost management is extensive, the annual average energy consumption of a single unit is 500.25 yuan (the energy consumption of bicycle in the standard enterprise is about 320 yuan, over 56%); JPH (production per hour) an annual average of 22, only 63% of the design capacity. In view of the current situation, this paper studies the key elements of the coating process, such as person, machine, material, method, machine, material, method and ring in order to improve the product physical quality and reduce the cost. Although the supply mode of paint in H Company is centralized management of chemicals, there are some situations where the management organization is not clear, the division of labor is not clear, and the treatment of special circumstances cannot be followed; Therefore, through the further study of centralized management of chemicals, to standardize the operation process of centralized management of chemicals. To a large extent, the quality of spraying is affected by the strict control of coating environment. In this paper, the concept of modular management of field cleaning is put forward in order to improve the actual effect of cleaning work. In this paper, the common defects of coating are analyzed and studied, and some methods of quality control are used in the aspects of forming mechanism, analysis methods, etc., in order to improve the control level of coating defects, analyze the reasons for the formation of defects, and prevent them in advance. And through the induction of the above work, a set of solutions to the problem is formed. Whether the coating equipment is in good technical condition is the key to ensure the normal coating production order and coating quality. In this paper, the principle of some key equipment and the key points of control are studied, and the key points of field control are clarified, and the spot inspection and operation documents are formed, and standardized management is carried out, so as to form an error-proof equipment management site and improve the OEEE of the equipment.
