【摘要】：進行社會主義新農(nóng)村建設,是我國中央政府為促進國內(nèi)現(xiàn)代化進程向小康社會全面推進而制定的一項重大的戰(zhàn)略性決策。在當前,由于農(nóng)村稅費改革以及撤鄉(xiāng)并村政策的實施,使得妥善解決農(nóng)村的財務管理問題以及村級債務問題已經(jīng)成為當前農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的較大阻力,而對農(nóng)村會計職業(yè)化發(fā)展制度的完善是有效解決這一問題的主要途徑之一�，F(xiàn)對新農(nóng)村背景下農(nóng)村會計職業(yè)化發(fā)展的重要性進行闡述,提出了農(nóng)村會計職業(yè)化發(fā)展遇到的困難,最后提出了農(nóng)村會計職業(yè)發(fā)展的合理化建議方案。
[Abstract]:The construction of new socialist countryside is an important strategic decision made by the central government in order to promote the process of domestic modernization to a well-off society in an all-round way. At present, due to the reform of taxes and fees in rural areas and the implementation of the policy of removing villages and merging villages, properly solving the problems of financial management in rural areas and the problem of village-level debts has become a major obstacle to the development of the rural economy at present. The perfection of rural accounting professional development system is one of the main ways to solve this problem. This paper expounds the importance of the development of rural accounting professionalization under the new rural background, puts forward the difficulties encountered in the development of rural accounting professionalization, and finally puts forward some rational proposals for the development of rural accounting profession.
