【摘要】:陣列側(cè)向是繼雙側(cè)向后發(fā)展的測(cè)井方法,它是一種新型多探測(cè)深度的陣列化側(cè)向儀器,該儀器是為識(shí)別和評(píng)價(jià)復(fù)雜油氣藏而設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)。陣列側(cè)向電阻率測(cè)井儀是國(guó)內(nèi)外石油測(cè)井服務(wù)公司研究的熱點(diǎn)儀器之一,目前國(guó)內(nèi)僅有極少數(shù)公司擁有該類(lèi)型儀器,,因此,研發(fā)具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的陣列側(cè)向儀器系統(tǒng)具有重大的研究意義以及經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。 測(cè)井儀器工作在高壓、高溫的惡劣環(huán)境,要求儀器具有極好地穩(wěn)定性,這極大的增加了儀器開(kāi)發(fā)難度。本文簡(jiǎn)要的概述了電阻率測(cè)井技術(shù)的發(fā)展,分析了不同電阻率測(cè)井技術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),結(jié)合實(shí)際需要,針對(duì)陣列測(cè)井系統(tǒng)儀器進(jìn)行研究,設(shè)計(jì)了一套完整的儀器電路系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了具有七個(gè)縱向分辨率、大動(dòng)態(tài)范圍的陣列側(cè)向電阻率測(cè)井系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)對(duì)儀器系統(tǒng)深入分析與研究,確定了系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)功能及其性能指標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)了切實(shí)合理的方案,并設(shè)計(jì)完成了以TMS320F2812DSP控制器、A3P250FPGA為核心的硬件系統(tǒng),以及相應(yīng)的軟件。該部分電路主要包括:七通道正弦發(fā)射信號(hào)的產(chǎn)生,發(fā)射信號(hào)監(jiān)測(cè),電極驅(qū)動(dòng),微弱信號(hào)采集與處理,系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)控制以及儀器電路板間通信實(shí)現(xiàn)等。完成了系統(tǒng)調(diào)試、測(cè)試,達(dá)到了預(yù)期設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo),為陣列側(cè)向電阻率測(cè)井儀的工程應(yīng)用奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Array laterolog is a logging method developed after bilateral development. It is a new type of array lateral instrument with multiple detection depth. This instrument is designed to identify and evaluate complex oil and gas reservoirs. The array lateral resistivity logging instrument is one of the hot point instruments studied by oil logging service companies at home and abroad. At present, there are only a few companies in China. With this type of instrument, the development of an array lateral instrumentation system with independent intellectual property rights has great research significance and economic value.
Well logging instruments are working in high pressure and high temperature environment, requiring the instrument to have excellent stability, which greatly increases the difficulty of the development of the instrument. This paper briefly outlines the development of the resistivity logging technology, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different resistivity logging techniques, and studies the array logging system instruments in combination with the actual needs, and designs the design of the array logging system instruments. A complete set of instrument circuit system has been made to realize the array lateral resistivity logging system with seven vertical resolution and large dynamic range. Through in-depth analysis and study of the instrument system, the functions and performance indexes of the system are determined, a practical and reasonable scheme is designed, and the TMS320F2812DSP controller, A3P250FP is designed and completed. GA is the core hardware system, as well as the corresponding software. This part of the circuit mainly includes the generation of the seven channel sinusoidal emission signals, the emission signal monitoring, the electrode drive, the weak signal acquisition and processing, the system state control and the realization of the communication between the instrument circuit board and so on. The system has completed the system debugging and testing, and achieved the expected design index. The engineering application of the lateral resistivity logging tool laid a solid foundation.
