【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)侵權(quán)糾紛日趨頻繁,因此網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題已成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理的重要研究內(nèi)容。文章從網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)問題研究、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究和網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源著作權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究三個(gè)方面對(duì)當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了梳理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了述評(píng),以期發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前的研究問題和未來的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Intellectual property rights infringement disputes of network information resources are becoming more and more frequent, so intellectual property rights risk in network environment has become an important research content of intellectual property management of network information resources. In this paper, the current research situation at home and abroad is summarized from three aspects: the research on intellectual property rights of network information resources, the research on intellectual property risks of network information resources and the research on copyright risks of network information resources. On the basis of the review, we hope to find out the current research problems and the future research direction.
