【摘要】:車輪力傳感器(Wheel Force Transducer)及以其為核心的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)對(duì)汽車整車性能研究有著重要的作用,此外,在汽車設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)以及性能評(píng)價(jià)方面都具有重要的意義。為了進(jìn)一步提高車輪力傳感器數(shù)據(jù)的采集精度和傳輸速度,參照國(guó)內(nèi)外研究方向,并在東南大學(xué)研制的國(guó)內(nèi)唯一具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的車輪力傳感器的基礎(chǔ)上,開(kāi)發(fā)了基于藍(lán)牙無(wú)線技術(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸系統(tǒng)。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)可分為下位機(jī)部分和上位機(jī)部分,下位機(jī)部分的設(shè)計(jì)主要包含采集模塊和傳輸模塊這兩個(gè)子部分的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì),上位機(jī)部分主要是在windows的VC6.0平臺(tái)下運(yùn)用MFC開(kāi)發(fā)一套基于CAN數(shù)據(jù)采集卡的上位機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件。論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括: 1、采集模塊硬件部分以C8051F021為核心芯片,并內(nèi)嵌藍(lán)牙模塊和SD卡模塊,軟件部分的功能主要包括采集車輪力傳感器輸出的數(shù)據(jù)并實(shí)現(xiàn)本地存儲(chǔ)或通過(guò)藍(lán)牙實(shí)時(shí)傳送,采集碼盤(pán)數(shù)據(jù),在汽車坐標(biāo)系下實(shí)施初步解耦,檢測(cè)電池電量并能夠低電壓報(bào)警。 2、傳輸模塊硬件部分以C8051F040為核心芯片,內(nèi)嵌藍(lán)牙模塊——實(shí)現(xiàn)與采集模塊的無(wú)線通信,軟件部分的功能主要是使上位機(jī)的命令能夠?qū)崟r(shí)到達(dá)采集模塊和使采集模塊的有用數(shù)據(jù)能準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤的送達(dá)上位機(jī),由于其對(duì)采集模塊采用藍(lán)牙無(wú)線方式,但對(duì)上位機(jī)采用CAN bus有線方式,故在溝通上位機(jī)與采集模塊中起著非常關(guān)鍵的作用。 3、上位機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件是該系統(tǒng)面向用戶的窗口,,需要具有人性化的操作界面,使用MFC工具開(kāi)發(fā)windows系統(tǒng)下通用的窗體軟件且使用簡(jiǎn)單方便。其軟件功能主要包括對(duì)用戶的管理、對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行接收、分析、顯示和存儲(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Wheel Force Transducer (Wheel Force Transducer) and its data acquisition system play an important role in the research of vehicle performance. In addition, it is of great significance in vehicle design, development and performance evaluation. In order to further improve the data acquisition accuracy and transmission speed of wheel force sensor, referring to the research direction at home and abroad, and on the basis of the only wheel force sensor with independent intellectual property rights developed by Southeast University in China, A data transmission system based on Bluetooth wireless technology is developed. The whole system can be divided into the lower computer part and the upper computer part. The design of the lower computer part mainly includes the hardware and software design of the acquisition module and the transmission module. The main part of the upper computer is to develop a set of PC data analysis software based on CAN data acquisition card by using MFC under the VC6.0 platform of windows. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1. The hardware part of the acquisition module takes C8051F021 as the core chip, and embedded Bluetooth module and SD card module. The functions of the software mainly include collecting the output data of the wheel force sensor and realizing the local storage or real-time transmission through Bluetooth. The data of code disk are collected, the primary decoupling is carried out in the automobile coordinate system, the battery quantity is detected and low voltage alarm is given. 2. In the hardware part of the transmission module, the core chip is C8051F040, and the Bluetooth module is embedded to realize the wireless communication with the acquisition module. The main function of the software part is to make the command of the upper computer reach the acquisition module in real time and the useful data of the acquisition module can reach the upper computer accurately, because of its Bluetooth wireless mode for the acquisition module, However, CAN bus is used in PC, so it plays a very important role in communication between PC and acquisition module. 3. The upper computer data analysis software is a user oriented window of the system. It needs a humanized operation interface. It uses MFC tools to develop the general form software under the windows system, and it is simple and convenient to use. Its software functions include user management, data reception, analysis, display and storage.
