【摘要】:本文針對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)造力開發(fā)與知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析與應(yīng)用研究。 首先,為將企業(yè)創(chuàng)造力開發(fā)流程明晰化,構(gòu)建企業(yè)創(chuàng)造力開發(fā)的霍爾三維結(jié)構(gòu),將時(shí)間維分為發(fā)現(xiàn)階段、培養(yǎng)階段、實(shí)踐階段和總結(jié)階段,邏輯維分為提出問題、設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)、綜合方案、系統(tǒng)選擇和實(shí)施計(jì)劃,知識(shí)維分為人文、科技、創(chuàng)造、管理和專業(yè)知識(shí)等。同時(shí)明確知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理與企業(yè)創(chuàng)造力開發(fā)之間的關(guān)系,通過企業(yè)創(chuàng)造力開發(fā)促進(jìn)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的產(chǎn)生,知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)造、保護(hù)和運(yùn)用等制度會(huì)激發(fā)企業(yè)創(chuàng)造力開發(fā)工作有效運(yùn)作。 其次,為提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)造力開發(fā)的效率,,針對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)造力開發(fā)培養(yǎng)階段的創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)(合理化建議),采用信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化手段,明確包括合理化建議的提出與采納、實(shí)施、申報(bào)、評(píng)審與獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)四個(gè)方面的企業(yè)合理化建議管理流程,在分析系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)和需求的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述系統(tǒng)主要功能,指出系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行環(huán)境,開發(fā)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),設(shè)計(jì)出企業(yè)合理化建議管理系統(tǒng)。 最后,以H公司為例,分析企業(yè)創(chuàng)造力開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀,應(yīng)用企業(yè)創(chuàng)造力開發(fā)三維結(jié)構(gòu)制定企業(yè)每個(gè)階段的目標(biāo)和方案,并將企業(yè)合理化建議管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于該企業(yè),對(duì)企業(yè)具有一定的實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes and applies the content of enterprise creativity development and intellectual property management. First of all, in order to clarify the enterprise creativity development process and construct the Hall three-dimensional structure of enterprise creativity development, the time dimension is divided into discovery stage, cultivation stage, practice stage and summary stage, logical dimension is divided into question raising, design goal. Integrated program, systematic selection and implementation plan, knowledge dimension is divided into humanities, science and technology, creation, management and professional knowledge. At the same time, the relationship between intellectual property management and enterprise creativity development is clarified. The creation, protection and application of intellectual property rights can stimulate the effective operation of enterprise creativity development. Secondly, in order to improve the efficiency of enterprise creativity development, aiming at the innovative activities (rationalization suggestion) in the stage of enterprise creativity development and training, adopting information and networking means, including the putting forward and adopting of rationalization suggestion, implementing and declaring, On the basis of analyzing the design objectives and requirements of the system, this paper expounds the main functions of the system, points out the operating environment of the system, and develops the system database. Design the enterprise rationalization suggestion management system. Finally, taking H Company as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation of enterprise creativity development, applies the three-dimensional structure of enterprise creativity development to formulate the goal and scheme of each stage of the enterprise, and applies the enterprise rationalization suggestion management system to the enterprise. Has certain practical significance to the enterprise.
