【摘要】：2013年6月,美國(guó)與歐盟啟動(dòng)了TTIP協(xié)定的談判。這是美國(guó)繼加入并主導(dǎo)TTP協(xié)定談判以來(lái),啟動(dòng)的另一個(gè)重要的特惠貿(mào)易協(xié)定談判。美國(guó)希望通過(guò)TTIP協(xié)定的談判建立新的全球貿(mào)易規(guī)則,并擺脫目前TTP協(xié)定談判的困境。但是,TTIP協(xié)定談判進(jìn)展并不順利,反而對(duì)TTP協(xié)定的談判產(chǎn)生了負(fù)面影響。TTP協(xié)定談判方因此陷入困境。如何擺脫困境,選擇適合的路徑,是TTP協(xié)定談判方需要思考的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In June 2013, the United States and the European Union initiated the negotiation of the TTIP agreement. This is another important preferential trade agreement that the United States has launched since its accession to and dominated the negotiation of the TTP. The United States would like to establish new global trade rules through the negotiation of the TTIP agreement and to get rid of the difficulties of the current TTP negotiations. However, that progres in the negotiation of the TTIP agreement was not smooth, and instead had a negative impact on the negotiation of the TTP agreement. The parties to the ttp agreement are therefore in trouble. How to get out of the predicament and choose the appropriate path is the question that the negotiation party of the TTP needs to think about.
