【摘要】：腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移過程極其復(fù)雜,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)血小板與腫瘤血行轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān),血小板可釋放生物活性因子協(xié)助腫瘤細胞逃脫免疫監(jiān)視,促進腫瘤細胞的上皮-間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)、增殖和侵襲能力,以加快腫瘤血行轉(zhuǎn)移。近年來研究發(fā)現(xiàn),血小板表面的C型凝集素樣受體2(C-type lectin-like receptor-2,CLEC-2)與其配體平足蛋白(podoplanin,PDPN)結(jié)合后可激活血小板參與腫瘤的生長、遷徙和轉(zhuǎn)移。應(yīng)用抗CLEC-2抗體或阻斷CLEC-2與PDPN的結(jié)合可能是抗腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移的一個新的研究方向,本文就CLEC-2在腫瘤血行轉(zhuǎn)移中的作用及其臨床應(yīng)用前景進行綜述。
[Abstract]:The process of tumor metastasis is extremely complex. It is found that platelets are closely related to tumor blood metastasis. Platelets can release bioactive factors to help tumor cells escape immune surveillance. Promote epithelial-mesenchymal transition of tumor cells, proliferation and invasion ability. In recent years, it has been found that the C-type lectin-like receptor 2C-type lectin-like receptor-2 on platelet surface. The combination of CLEC-2 and podoplanin PDPN) can activate platelets to participate in tumor growth. Migration and metastasis. The application of anti CLEC-2 antibody or blocking the binding of CLEC-2 to PDPN may be a new research direction of anti tumor metastasis. This article reviews the role of CLEC-2 in tumor blood metastasis and its clinical application prospect.
