【摘要】：恒定自然殺傷T細(xì)胞(i NKT)是T淋巴細(xì)胞的一個(gè)獨(dú)特亞群,兼具自然殺傷(NK)細(xì)胞和T細(xì)胞特征,同時(shí)表達(dá)T細(xì)胞受體(TCR)和NK細(xì)胞表面標(biāo)志。i NKT細(xì)胞被激活后,通過分泌細(xì)胞因子,活化其它免疫細(xì)胞參與先天性免疫和獲得性免疫,在抗腫瘤免疫過程中發(fā)揮調(diào)節(jié)作用。在多種癌癥患者體內(nèi),發(fā)現(xiàn)外周血中i NKT細(xì)胞的數(shù)量降低、功能減弱,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致臨床治療效果不佳。近年來,基礎(chǔ)研究和早期臨床試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,注射抗原遞呈細(xì)胞或/和體外培養(yǎng)并活化的i NKT細(xì)胞,抗腫瘤免疫治療效果顯著。本文就i NKT細(xì)胞的分類及生物學(xué)特性,在腫瘤免疫治療中的作用與其機(jī)制,以及其臨床應(yīng)用等進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Invariant natural killer T cells (NKT) is a unique subgroup of T lymphocytes, which has the characteristics of natural killer NK cells and T cells. After activation of T cell receptor (TCR) and NK cell surface marker. I NKT cells secreted cytokines and activated other immune cells to participate in congenital and acquired immunity. In many kinds of cancer patients, the number and function of I NKT cells in peripheral blood were decreased, which resulted in poor clinical treatment in recent years. The results of basic research and early clinical trials showed that antigen-presenting cells were injected or / and I NKT cells were cultured and activated in vitro. The effect of anti-tumor immunotherapy is remarkable. This article reviews the classification and biological characteristics of I NKT cells, its role and mechanism in tumor immunotherapy, and its clinical application.
