【摘要】：目的探討血清中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)水平與冠狀動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化性心臟病(冠心病)的相關(guān)性,分析其對(duì)冠心病診斷及分期的臨床意義。方法選取110例冠心病患者作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組。其中,穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的患者(SAP組)35例,不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的患者(UAP組)32例,急性心肌梗死的患者(AMI組)43例。選取30例健康體檢者作為對(duì)照組。分別采用循環(huán)酶法和乳膠比濁法測(cè)定實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的血清Hcy和hs-CRP水平,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果冠心病各亞組血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平與對(duì)照組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。冠心病各亞組血清Hcy水平比較,AMI組UAP組SAP組,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。AMI組的hs-CRP水平分別與UAP組和SAP組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);UAP組的hs-CRP水平與SAP組比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。SAP組和UAP組血清Hcy與hs-CRP的水平無(wú)相關(guān)性(r=0.263,P0.05;r=0.311,P0.05)。AMI組血清Hcy與hs-CRP的水平呈正相關(guān)(r=0.559,P0.05)。結(jié)論 Hcy和hs-CRP與冠心病的發(fā)生密切相關(guān),血清高水平的Hcy及hs-CRP是反映冠狀動(dòng)脈病變嚴(yán)重程度的良好指標(biāo),對(duì)于冠心病的患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)測(cè)及冠心病的診斷、分期、預(yù)后評(píng)估都起著十分重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the serum homocysteine (Hcy) and high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) level and coronary heart disease (CHD) correlation analysis on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and its clinical significance in staging. Methods 110 cases of coronary heart disease patients as the experimental group. The stable angina patients (SAP group) in 35 cases, unstable angina patients (UAP group) 32 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI group) 43 cases. 30 healthy cases were selected as control group. Respectively by enzymatic cycling method and latex turbidimetric method for determination of the experimental group and the control group of serum Hcy and hs-CRP levels, and statistical analysis was carried out. The results of coronary heart disease group serum Hcy, hs-CRP levels compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Coronary heart disease subgroups, the levels of serum Hcy, AMI group UAP group SAP group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) group.AMI hs-CR The level of P was compared with UAP group and SAP group, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05); hs-CRP SAP group compared with UAP group, there was no statistically significant difference (P0.05) between.SAP group and UAP group, serum Hcy and hs-CRP levels (r=0.263, P0.05; r=0.311, P0.05) Hcy levels were positively correlated with hs-CRP the serum.AMI (r=0.559, P0.05). Conclusion Hcy and hs-CRP are closely related to coronary heart disease, Hcy and serum hs-CRP level is a good index to reflect the severity of coronary artery disease, diagnosis for coronary heart disease risk prediction and coronary heart disease staging, prognosis evaluation plays a very important role.
