氣溫變化對精液檢查結果的影響

【摘要】:目的探討氣溫變化對無精子癥、極重度少精子癥、精液量、精子濃度、精子前向運動、精子總活力、精子存活率的影響。方法對收集的4 194份精液標本,根據檢查當天的日平均氣溫,將所有標本分為5個組:其中日平均氣溫A組≤15℃、15℃B組≤20℃、20℃C組≤25℃、25℃D組≤30℃、30℃E組,分別比較各組間無精子癥、極重度少精子癥(濃度小于1×10~6·m L~(-1))的比例及精液量、精子濃度、精子前向運動、精子總活力、精子存活率是否存在差異。結果 5組間的無精子癥比例差異無統(tǒng)計學意義,而D、E兩組的極重度少精子癥比例明顯高于A、B、C 3組(P0.05)。A組精液量(3.58±1.49)m L最多,E組精液量(3.29±1.50)m L最少,A組精液量顯著高于E組(P0.05),而B、C、D 3組間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;精子濃度BACED,A、B、C 3組的精子濃度明顯高于D、E兩組(P0.05);前向運動精子比率:ACBDE,A、B、C 3組明顯高于D、E兩組(P0.05);精子總活力、精子存活率的比較結果跟前向運動精子比率比較結果類似,均為A、B、C 3組明顯高于D、E兩組(P0.05)。結論氣溫變化對精液質量有明顯影響,氣溫25℃時極重度少精子癥的比例明顯升高,氣溫15℃時精液量最多,而氣溫25℃時,精子的濃度、前向運動、總活力、存活率均明顯優(yōu)于氣溫大于25℃時。
