巨菌草飼喂北京鴨的效果分析

【摘要】:為了研究巨菌草飼養(yǎng)北京鴨的效果,將800只1日齡北京鴨平均分為試驗(yàn)組和對照組進(jìn)行研究,每組設(shè)4個(gè)重復(fù)。對照組全程飼喂肉鴨全價(jià)飼料(簡稱飼料鴨),試驗(yàn)組從22日齡開始用巨菌草代替40%的飼料飼喂北京鴨飼(簡稱牧草鴨)。每周末稱重,63日齡時(shí)屠宰測定飼料鴨和牧草鴨肌肉品質(zhì)和鴨肉有害物質(zhì)含量。結(jié)果:飼喂巨菌草初期(22~49日齡)牧草鴨體重顯著低于飼料鴨(P0.05),而飼喂巨菌草后期(50~63日齡)牧草鴨體重與飼料鴨體重?zé)o顯著差異(P0.05);飼喂巨菌草能夠顯著降低肉鴨的脂肪含量;飼料鴨肉和牧草鴨肉內(nèi)主要有害物質(zhì)含量均低于食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但牧草鴨肉內(nèi)有害物質(zhì)含量明顯低于飼料鴨。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of giant fungus grass on Beijing ducks, 800 1-day-old Beijing ducks were divided into experimental group and control group on average, with 4 repeats in each group. The control group was fed with full price feed (abbreviated as feed duck), and the experimental group was fed with Giant fungus instead of 40% feed (abbreviated as herding duck) from 22 days of age. The muscle quality of feed duck and forage duck and the content of harmful substances in duck meat were measured by slaughtering at 63 days of age.
