文章摘要：目的：探討涼膈散聯(lián)合西藥治療火熱熾盛型口腔炎患者療效及復(fù)發(fā)情況。方法：68例患者根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各34例。對(duì)照組采用西藥治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合涼膈散治療。兩組療程均為7 d。對(duì)比分析兩組療效結(jié)束后療效、平均起效時(shí)間和治愈時(shí)間、治療前后中醫(yī)癥狀積分、復(fù)發(fā)率及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果：觀察組總有效率（97.06%）顯著高于對(duì)照組（76.47%）,且具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P〈0.05）;觀察組平均起效時(shí)間及治愈時(shí)間均顯著快于對(duì)照組,且具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P〈0.05）;觀察組治療后癥狀積分顯著低于對(duì)照組,且具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P〈0.05）;觀察組復(fù)發(fā)率顯著低于對(duì)照組,且具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P〈0.05）;治療過程中兩組患者均未發(fā)生明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論：涼膈散聯(lián)合西藥治療火熱熾盛型口腔炎患者療效顯著,可明顯改善患者臨床癥狀,不良反應(yīng)少,且復(fù)發(fā)率低,具有重要臨床研究意義。

Abstr：Objective ： To investigate Lianggesan combined with Western therapy and relapse of fiery flaming type sto- matitis patients. Methods ：68 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the ran- dom number table, both 34 cases. The control group was treated with western medicine. The observation group on the basis added Lianggesan treatment. The treatment lasted 7 d. At the end, the comparative analysis of the efficacy of the two groups, an average onset time and cure time, TCM symptom score, relapse rate after treatment and adverse reactions. Re- sults ：The overall response rate （97.06%） was significantly higher （76.47%）, and there was a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05） ; observation group average onset time and healing time were significantly faster than those of the control group, and there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05） ; symptom scores after treatment in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ） ; observa- tion group recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）; during the treatment, the two groups had no significant adverse events. Conclusion：Combined Western Medicine and Lianggesan for fiery flaming type stomatitis patients has significant effect and can significantly im- prove the clinical symptoms with less adverse reactions and low the relapse rate. The study has important clinical signifi- cance.
