概念合成理論視域下的幽默

【摘要】:幽默是一種普遍存在于人類生活和交際各個(gè)層面中的現(xiàn)象。幽默研究具有悠久的歷史,但以前人們基本上都是從修辭學(xué)、語(yǔ)義學(xué)、語(yǔ)音學(xué)、語(yǔ)用學(xué)等角度對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究。近年來(lái),?的吞丶{的概念合成理論為幽默的認(rèn)知研究打開(kāi)了一扇新的視窗。本文以概念合成理論研究幽默,揭示幽默意義的動(dòng)態(tài)建構(gòu)過(guò)程及其認(rèn)知機(jī)制。文中的幽默例子主要選自廣受歡迎的幽默大師表演的節(jié)目,例如中國(guó)相聲界的新老面孔郭德綱和侯寶林、最近在中美脫口秀界都很活躍的黃西、日本常青節(jié)目《笑點(diǎn)》。選用的文字和漫畫(huà)材料鮮活、有趣、貼近生活,并具有一定的典型性,將因文化差異而對(duì)他族受眾的影響減至了最低。論文主體以福康涅和特納歸納出的單向網(wǎng)絡(luò)、鏡像網(wǎng)絡(luò)、單域網(wǎng)絡(luò)和雙域網(wǎng)絡(luò)四種基本概念整合類型對(duì)幽默進(jìn)行對(duì)應(yīng)分析。在單向網(wǎng)絡(luò)的幽默例子中,“外遇”輸入空間提供了特定的框架,無(wú)框架的夫、妻的反常言語(yǔ)行為從另一輸入空間進(jìn)行映射,最后在合成空間中得出“雙重不忠”的諷刺結(jié)局。在鏡像網(wǎng)絡(luò)的例子中,韓復(fù)榘之父強(qiáng)意戲班子上演一出“漢朝的關(guān)公大戰(zhàn)唐朝的秦瓊”,真可謂“有錢就是任性”。單域網(wǎng)絡(luò)的例子以非言語(yǔ)漫畫(huà)圖解“婚姻即桎梏”的概念隱喻:兩個(gè)輸入空間各有自己不同的框架,在合成空間內(nèi)以形象具體的桎梏來(lái)隱喻抽象的婚姻對(duì)男人的約束,自當(dāng)與“婚姻即圍城”有異曲同工之妙。最后,雙域網(wǎng)絡(luò)的例子中,“駕船”和“子宮”雖然屬于不同框架,但它們向合成空間投射后則新顯了“渡到美國(guó)”層創(chuàng)結(jié)構(gòu)。概念合成理論的原始考察對(duì)象是英語(yǔ)民族的思維方式。本文應(yīng)用該理論來(lái)解釋漢語(yǔ)甚至日語(yǔ)中的幽默,借此考察概念合成理論的廣泛適用度。總之,論文以較新穎的角度研究幽默,并表明了概念合成理論對(duì)幽默的生成和理解具有強(qiáng)大的闡釋力。這有助于我們對(duì)幽默語(yǔ)言形式的理解、欣賞和翻譯,最終達(dá)到通過(guò)幽默研究促進(jìn)跨文化交際的目的。
[Abstract]:Humor is a common phenomenon in human life and communication. The study of humor has a long history, but in the past people studied it from the perspectives of rhetoric, semantics, phonetics, pragmatics and so on. In recent years, Congne and Turner's theory of conceptual synthesis has opened a new window for the cognitive study of humor. In this paper, the concept synthesis theory is used to study humor and reveal the dynamic construction process of humor meaning and its cognitive mechanism. The examples of humor in this article are mainly taken from the programs performed by popular master humors, such as Guo Degang and Hou Baolin, the new and old faces of the Chinese acrobatic world, Huang Xi, who is very active in the Sino-American talk show world recently, and the Japanese evergreen program "laughing Point". The selected text and comic materials are fresh, interesting, close to life, and have a certain typicality, which minimizes the influence of cultural differences on the audience of other ethnic groups. The main body of this paper analyzes humor by four basic concept integration types: unidirectional network, mirror network, single domain network and dual domain network, which are summed up by Congne and Turner. In the humorous example of one-way network, the input space of "affair" provides a specific framework. The abnormal speech acts of husband and wife without frame are mapped from another input space. Finally, the satirical result of "double infidelity" is obtained in the composite space. In the example of the mirror network, Han Fu-chu 's father, Qiangyi opera team, staged a "Han Dynasty Guan Gong War Tang Dynasty Qin Qiong," it can be said that "money is willful." The example of single domain network illustrates the conceptual metaphor of "Marriage is shackles" with non-verbal comics: each of the two input spaces has its own different frame, and in the composite space, it uses the concrete shackles of image to metaphor the restriction of the abstract marriage to the man. Since then and "marriage is besieged" have the same work. Finally, in the case of dual-domain networks, "sailing" and "womb" belong to different frames, but after they project into synthetic space, they have a new "cross to America" layer structure. The original object of the conceptual synthesis theory is the mode of thinking of the English nation. This paper uses this theory to explain humor in Chinese and even Japanese, so as to investigate the wide applicability of conceptual synthesis theory. In a word, the thesis studies humor from a novel angle, and shows that conceptual synthesis theory has a powerful explanatory power for the generation and understanding of humor. This will help us to understand, appreciate and translate humorous language forms, and finally to promote cross-cultural communication through humor research.
