【摘要】:二十一世紀,隨著中國經(jīng)濟的崛起,各種各樣新穎前衛(wèi)的建筑應運而生。近十年來,鐵路機場建設如火如荼,伴隨著新世紀的建設大潮,產(chǎn)生了一批大空間、和有創(chuàng)意的交通樞紐建筑,如首都機場、北京南站、上海浦東機場等,這些建筑大多采用大空間設計,建筑整體線條優(yōu)美,動感,透露著時尚氣息和時代精神。為了實現(xiàn)這些表現(xiàn)力,建筑的表皮通常以復雜曲面體現(xiàn),因此,復雜曲面的結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)今的建筑杭州東站大異形柱中得到了大量的運用,其相關技術(shù)也得到了很大的發(fā)展。 本文的研究對象是新建杭州東站東西立面的超大異形柱的幕墻系統(tǒng)。該異形柱尺寸巨大,曲面復雜,表皮方案選用雙曲面無縫設計。整體線條舒展流暢,簡潔大氣,是杭州東站東西立面最重要的景觀之一。 本文針對該大異形柱表面曲線的特殊性及結(jié)構(gòu)形式的復雜性,以相關的建筑規(guī)范、設計規(guī)范為依據(jù),創(chuàng)造性的提出了該異形柱幕墻系統(tǒng)的整體設計方案。同時對其連接系統(tǒng)、骨架系統(tǒng)、表皮系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、制造進行了詳細設計,并對整個異形柱的各項物理性能進行驗算。最后,對整個系統(tǒng)的安裝施工進行了組織設計。 本文的結(jié)論和研究方法對于大型復雜曲面建筑表皮的設計方案的確定和詳細設計具有參考價值。
[Abstract]:In the 21 th century, with the rise of China's economy, a variety of novel avant-garde buildings came into being. In the past decade, the construction of railway airports has been in full swing. With the construction tide of the new century, a number of large space and innovative transportation hub buildings have emerged, such as the Capital Airport, the Beijing South Railway Station, the Shanghai Pudong Airport, and so on. Most of these buildings use large space design, the whole architectural lines beautiful, dynamic, revealing the fashion and spirit of the times. In order to realize these expressive forces, the surface of buildings is usually represented by complex surfaces. Therefore, the structural system of complex surfaces has been widely used in the large special-shaped columns of Hangzhou East Railway Station, and its related technology has also been greatly developed. The object of this paper is the curtain wall system of the super-shaped column on the east and west facades of the new Hangzhou East Railway Station. The special-shaped column is large in size and complex in surface, and the surface scheme is designed seamlessly with hyperboloid. The overall line stretch smooth, concise atmosphere, is Hangzhou East Station east-west facade one of the most important landscape. In view of the particularity of the surface curve and the complexity of the structural form of the large special-shaped column, based on the relevant building code and design code, this paper creatively puts forward the overall design scheme of the special shaped column curtain wall system. At the same time, the structure and manufacture of the connection system, skeleton system and epidermis system are designed in detail, and the physical properties of the whole special-shaped column are checked and calculated. Finally, the organization design of the whole system installation and construction is carried out. The conclusions and research methods of this paper have reference value for the determination of design scheme and detailed design of large complex curved surface building epidermis.
