【摘要】：園林景觀設(shè)計(jì)是五星級酒店建設(shè)過程中的靈魂支柱,園林景觀設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)劣是最為直觀的體現(xiàn)。為了進(jìn)一步提高長沙市酒店園林設(shè)計(jì)的品味與檔次,本文對大量文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了參考查閱,在此基礎(chǔ)上對長沙市6家五星級酒店現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查,并就其景觀設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)狀從園林景觀四要素(地形、植被、山水、建筑小品)方面進(jìn)行了深入剖析,將得到的結(jié)論用于泗洪君延大酒店景觀設(shè)計(jì)的案例中進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,得到的結(jié)論如下:(1)長沙五星級酒店園林景觀設(shè)計(jì)存在的問題主要包括:①植物選擇不合理:重外來樹種,輕鄉(xiāng)土樹種;盲目引進(jìn)古樹;植物種植密度過大;②植物配置不合理:重建筑輕綠化;植物配置與建筑小品不協(xié)調(diào);建筑規(guī)劃未能與園林規(guī)劃有機(jī)結(jié)合;③景觀設(shè)計(jì)缺陷:景觀設(shè)計(jì)元素單一,以植物綠化為主;酒店景觀綠化質(zhì)量較低;景觀規(guī)劃追求硬質(zhì)大廣場;景觀設(shè)計(jì)主要體現(xiàn)以人為本的思想,對自然環(huán)境要素的重要性認(rèn)識不夠;④管理粗放:景觀設(shè)計(jì)缺乏理論研究及專業(yè)指導(dǎo);園林植物后期管理粗放;(2)要保持景觀設(shè)計(jì)的生態(tài)性,堅(jiān)持可持續(xù)發(fā)展的原則不動(dòng)搖,將因酒店建筑的介入而對自然產(chǎn)生的影響降至最小化,建設(shè)生態(tài)環(huán)保的綠色景觀,要堅(jiān)持與當(dāng)?shù)氐牡赜蛭幕辔呛?堅(jiān)持景觀的地域性原則。五星級酒店景觀不能脫離當(dāng)?shù)匚幕瘑为?dú)存在,要與當(dāng)?shù)仫L(fēng)俗文化相吻合,不做有悖于當(dāng)?shù)匚幕木坝^;(3)五星級酒店景觀設(shè)計(jì)特性重點(diǎn)關(guān)注酒店設(shè)計(jì)的外向性及其與環(huán)境的一體化、自然環(huán)境與地域特色及人文環(huán)境與地域特色三個(gè)方面;(4)五星級酒店景觀設(shè)計(jì)基本方法:首先重視立意布局,清晰明了的思路,立足高遠(yuǎn);其次熟練的運(yùn)用好造景元素,如地形、山水、植物、景觀小品設(shè)施及道路系統(tǒng)等和諧穿插其中;然后關(guān)注酒店園林景觀的空間設(shè)計(jì),激發(fā)人們心靈感受的空間;最后還要重視園林景觀的功能設(shè)計(jì),體現(xiàn)酒店品位及精神情感寄托的功能、創(chuàng)造優(yōu)雅環(huán)境的功能等。
[Abstract]:Landscape design is the soul support in the construction of five-star hotels, and the advantages and disadvantages of landscape design is the most intuitive embodiment. In order to further improve the taste and grade of the hotel landscape design in Changsha, this paper makes a reference to a large number of documents, and on this basis, carries out a field investigation on the present situation of six five-star hotels in Changsha. The present situation of landscape design is analyzed from four elements of landscape (topography, vegetation, landscape, architectural sketch), and the conclusion is verified in the case of Sihong Junyan Hotel landscape design. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the problems in landscape design of five-star hotel in Changsha mainly include the unreasonable selection of plants in the five-star hotel of Changsha: attaching importance to alien species, ignoring native trees, blindly introducing ancient trees, planting plants with excessive density; (2) unreasonable plant configuration: emphasis on building and light afforesting; disharmony between plant configuration and architectural sketch; failure to combine architectural planning with landscape planning; defects of landscape design: single landscape design element, mainly plant greening; The hotel landscape greening quality is low; the landscape planning pursues the rigid big square; the landscape design mainly embodies the people-oriented thought, the importance of the natural environment elements is not enough to understand the extensive management: the landscape design lacks the theory research and the specialized instruction; In the late stage of management of garden plants, we should maintain the ecological nature of landscape design, adhere to the principle of sustainable development, minimize the impact on nature caused by the involvement of hotel buildings, and build a green landscape of ecological and environmental protection. To adhere to the local culture consistent with the region, adhere to the principle of regional landscape. The five-star hotel landscape should not be isolated from the local culture, but should be consistent with the local customs and culture. The landscape design characteristics of five-star hotels focus on the extroversion of hotel design and its integration with the environment. The basic methods of five-star hotel landscape design are as follows: first, pay attention to the layout of ideas, clear ideas, based on high distance; secondly, skillfully use landscape elements, such as terrain, Mountains and rivers, plants, landscape sketch facilities and road systems are interspersed in harmony; then attention is paid to the space design of the hotel landscape to stimulate people's spiritual feelings; finally, attention should be paid to the functional design of the garden landscape. Embodies the hotel grade and the spirit emotion sustenance function, creates the elegant environment function and so on.
