【摘要】:風(fēng)電控制器件是風(fēng)電設(shè)備的核心和基礎(chǔ),其穩(wěn)定性和可靠性對(duì)設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行起著決定性的作用。目前許多風(fēng)電設(shè)備常工作于高低溫及高濕的野外環(huán)境,這些環(huán)境將對(duì)風(fēng)電控制器件的可靠性造成嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。本文基于風(fēng)力發(fā)電設(shè)備的工況環(huán)境,開發(fā)了一套用于風(fēng)電控制器件溫濕度試驗(yàn)的環(huán)境試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)。具體研究?jī)?nèi)如下:1.環(huán)境試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)總體方案設(shè)計(jì)及試驗(yàn)箱和風(fēng)量測(cè)量段的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)風(fēng)電設(shè)備的環(huán)境工況要求,設(shè)計(jì)了可進(jìn)行溫濕度控制的環(huán)境試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)的總體方案,建立了由試驗(yàn)箱、制冷系統(tǒng)、加熱系統(tǒng)、濕度系統(tǒng)、風(fēng)道測(cè)量段串聯(lián)連接的閉式循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。2.基于試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)要求,應(yīng)用流體力學(xué)以及工程熱力學(xué)理論設(shè)計(jì)了制冷系統(tǒng)、加濕系統(tǒng)、加熱系統(tǒng)的工作方式,計(jì)算了制冷系統(tǒng)的冷負(fù)荷,加熱系統(tǒng)的熱負(fù)荷,加濕系統(tǒng)的加濕量。3.利用數(shù)值模擬方法,基于Fluent軟件平臺(tái),對(duì)環(huán)境試驗(yàn)箱體內(nèi)的流場(chǎng)、溫度場(chǎng)、濕度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了數(shù)值仿真,通過(guò)仿真分析確定了試驗(yàn)箱采用側(cè)向帶繞流件的送風(fēng)方式。4.試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證;诶碚摵头抡娣治鼋Y(jié)果完成了環(huán)境試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),建立了三維樣機(jī)模型,并在完成產(chǎn)品制造調(diào)試后對(duì)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。本試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)經(jīng)客戶測(cè)試,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,并且該試驗(yàn)臺(tái)已交付北京天誠(chéng)同創(chuàng)電氣有限公司使用。
[Abstract]:Wind power controller is the core and foundation of wind power equipment, and its stability and reliability play a decisive role in the safe operation of the equipment. At present, many wind power equipment often work in the field environment of high and low temperature and high humidity, which will pose a severe challenge to the reliability of wind power control devices. Based on the operating environment of wind power equipment, a set of environmental test platform is developed for wind power controller parts temperature and humidity test. The specific research is as follows: 1. The overall scheme design of the environmental test platform and the structural design of the test box and the air volume measurement section. According to the environmental requirements of wind power equipment, the overall scheme of environmental test platform for temperature and humidity control is designed, and the test box, refrigeration system, heating system and humidity system are established. Closed circulatory system. 2. Based on the requirements of the design parameters of the test bed, the working modes of refrigeration system, humidification system and heating system are designed by using the theory of hydrodynamics and engineering thermodynamics. The cooling load of the refrigeration system and the heat load of the heating system are calculated. Humidification of the humidification system. Based on fluent software platform, the flow field, temperature field and humidity field in the environmental test box are numerically simulated by numerical simulation method. The whole structure design and test verification of the test bed. Based on the results of theoretical and simulation analysis, the whole structure of the environmental test platform is designed, and the 3D prototype model is established. The test platform has been tested by customers, and the test platform has been delivered to Beijing Tiancheng Tongchong Electric Co., Ltd.
