【摘要】：居住區(qū)是城市組成的基本單元,居住區(qū)的穩(wěn)定和團(tuán)結(jié)影響城市的和諧與發(fā)展,然而當(dāng)下居住區(qū)中普遍存在著居民關(guān)系冷漠化,歸屬感缺失,鄰里關(guān)系不和諧等問(wèn)題。從根本上來(lái)說(shuō)以上問(wèn)題是居住區(qū)居民之間缺乏基本的信任和交流導(dǎo)致的。因此解決該問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵就是解決居住區(qū)中居民之間的和居民與居住區(qū)之間的交流。在建筑和規(guī)劃上的反應(yīng)就是居住區(qū)交往空間的設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題。本研究主要從居民的行為與居住區(qū)外部交往空間入手,探討居民行為與交往空間的關(guān)聯(lián)性。調(diào)研以合肥市三個(gè)不同建造時(shí)間,不同居住人口和不同空間特的居住區(qū)為案例,采用定點(diǎn)拍照、圖示化記錄等方法進(jìn)行調(diào)研,并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外外部交往空間研究的案例和不同年齡段居民行為心理特征的研究,探尋居住區(qū)中不同年齡段居民在外部交往空間中的行為分布、聚集程度、和行為密度等特征。然后再通過(guò)主成分分析和聚類(lèi)分析等定量分析的方法對(duì)三個(gè)居住小區(qū)的外部交往空間進(jìn)行類(lèi)型化分析。通過(guò)量化的方法對(duì)比各個(gè)類(lèi)型空間中的居民行為分布的區(qū)域和數(shù)量,從而得出居民行為與外部交往空間之間的關(guān)聯(lián)程度。最終總結(jié)本研究的最終成果：1)影響居民交往行為的外部交往空間特征歸結(jié)為四個(gè)方面,分別為：空間的私密性、空間的趣味性、空間的開(kāi)敞程度、空間的可達(dá)性。2)通過(guò)主成分分析和聚類(lèi)分析將三個(gè)居住區(qū)中的交往空間劃分為十一個(gè)類(lèi)型,并將不同類(lèi)型的空間與居民行為進(jìn)行疊加,得出居民行為與交往空間的關(guān)聯(lián)性。3)根據(jù)本研究的成果,提出一些改善居住區(qū)交往環(huán)境和提高居民交往頻率的設(shè)計(jì)方法。本論文從實(shí)際出發(fā),運(yùn)用定性和定量相結(jié)合的的分析方法,針對(duì)當(dāng)今小區(qū)中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行剖析,總結(jié)出居民與交往空間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,為以后的研究提評(píng)價(jià)依據(jù),同時(shí)為今后居住區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供理論支撐。
[Abstract]:Residential area is the basic unit of urban composition. The stability and unity of residential area affect the harmony and development of the city. However, there are many problems such as indifference of residents' relationship, lack of sense of belonging, disharmony of neighborhood relationship and so on. Fundamentally speaking, the above problems are caused by the lack of basic trust and communication among residents of residential areas. Therefore, the key to solve this problem is to solve the communication between residents in residential areas and between residents and residential areas. The response in building and planning is the design of residential communication space. This study mainly discusses the relationship between the resident behavior and the communication space from the residents' behavior and the external communication space of the residential area. The investigation took three residential areas in Hefei with different construction time, different population and special space as the case, and used the methods of taking pictures and pictorial records to carry out the investigation. Combined with the case study of external communication space at home and abroad and the study of behavioral psychological characteristics of residents of different age groups, the characteristics of behavior distribution, aggregation degree and behavior density of residents of different ages in residential areas in external communication space are explored. Then, through the methods of principal component analysis and cluster analysis, the types of external communication space of three residential areas are analyzed. By comparing the area and quantity of resident behavior distribution in each type of space, the correlation degree between resident behavior and external communication space is obtained. Finally summarize the final achievement of this study: (1) the characteristics of the external communication space that affect the residents' communication behavior can be summed up in four aspects: privacy of space, interest of space, openness of space, etc. Through principal component analysis and cluster analysis, the communication space in the three residential areas is divided into eleven types, and the different types of space are superimposed on the behavior of residents. According to the results of this study, some design methods to improve the communication environment and increase the communication frequency of residents in residential areas are put forward. This paper starts from the reality, applies the qualitative and quantitative analysis method, analyzes the existing problems in the current community, summarizes the relationship between the residents and the communication space, and provides the evaluation basis for the future research. At the same time for the future planning and design of residential areas to provide theoretical support.
