北京舊城歷史文化保護區(qū)旅游交通行為研究

【摘要】:北京市擁有眾多名勝古跡和人文景觀,旅游總收入和總?cè)藬?shù)近五年來呈快速增長態(tài)勢。但是,現(xiàn)在越來越多的游客選擇承載傳統(tǒng)文化的歷史文化保護區(qū)作為游覽目的地,追求享受文化已經(jīng)成為一種時尚。旅游高峰時節(jié),大量的旅游交通給舊城交通帶來了諸多問題,同時也給歷史文化保護區(qū)的保護帶來嚴峻考驗。為了合理進行北京市舊城區(qū)歷史文化保護區(qū)的交通規(guī)劃,提升游客的旅游品質(zhì),本文通過實地調(diào)查與分析,掌握了不同游覽模式游客的交通行為特性,繼而給出了疏導(dǎo)集聚游客的交通組織優(yōu)化策略。文章首先對歷史文化保護區(qū)旅游交通行為進行了調(diào)查與分析,并根據(jù)游客游覽景點差異性,將游覽模式分為休閑觀光游和文物體驗游;诖朔诸,對游客個人屬性、出行交通行為、游覽交通行為等進行了對比分析。利用問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進行列聯(lián)表獨立性檢驗,篩選出了與游覽模式顯著相關(guān)的特性變量。顯著性檢驗結(jié)果顯示,在0.05的顯著性水平下,團客/散客、游客出發(fā)地、交通出行方式、出行時間、游覽交通方式、游覽時長對游客選擇行為有顯著的影響。由此,本文利用上述特性變量建立了游覽模式選擇的BL模型,并進行精度檢驗。最后本文選取北京市舊城區(qū)什剎海歷史文化保護區(qū)進行案例分析,剖析什剎海地區(qū)的游覽現(xiàn)狀及交通問題,結(jié)合模型分析的結(jié)果,考慮選擇不同游覽模式游客的需求,確定了游客在出入口集聚程度、游覽時長、租賃自行車使用比例3個優(yōu)化指標,進而從出入口疏導(dǎo)、游覽線路、租賃自行車管理三個方面制定了優(yōu)化策略。該研究成果對于北京舊城歷史文保護區(qū)的內(nèi)部交通組織優(yōu)化有一定的實際意義。
[Abstract]:Beijing has many places of interest and cultural landscape, tourism revenue and total number of people in the past five years showed a rapid growth. However, nowadays, more and more tourists choose the historical and cultural reserve carrying traditional culture as the tourist destination, and it has become a fashion to pursue the enjoyment of culture. During the peak period of tourism, a large number of tourist traffic brings many problems to the traffic of the old city, and also brings severe test to the protection of historical and cultural reserves. In order to rationally carry out the traffic planning of the historical and cultural reserve in the old urban area of Beijing, and to improve the tourist's tourist quality, this paper, through field investigation and analysis, has grasped the characteristics of the traffic behavior of the tourists in different tourist modes. Then the traffic organization optimization strategy is given. The article firstly investigates and analyzes the tourist traffic behavior in the historical and cultural reserve, and divides the tour mode into leisure tourism and cultural relic experience tour according to the difference of tourist attractions. Based on this classification, the personal attributes of tourists, travel traffic behavior, tour traffic behavior were compared and analyzed. By using the questionnaire data to test the independence of the column table, the characteristic variables which are significantly related to the tour mode are screened out. The results of significance test showed that under the significant level of 0.05 the group guest / individual guest the place of departure of the visitor the way of travel the travel time the mode of travel the length of tour time had significant influence on the choice behavior of tourists. Thus, the BL model of tour mode selection is established by using the above characteristic variables, and the accuracy is verified. Finally, this paper selects the Shichahai historical and cultural reserve in the old urban area of Beijing to carry on the case analysis, analyzes the current situation and the traffic problem of the Shichahai area, combines the result of the model analysis, considers the tourist demand of the different tour mode. This paper determines the three optimization indexes of tourists' concentration degree of entrance and exit, duration of tour and the proportion of bicycle rental, and then formulates the optimization strategy from three aspects: entrances and exits, tour routes, and management of leased bicycles. The research results are of practical significance for the optimization of internal traffic organization in the historical and cultural reserve of Beijing Old City.
