【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園是農(nóng)業(yè)觀光業(yè)發(fā)展到一定階段的產(chǎn)物,是一種正在快速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)與旅游業(yè)相結(jié)合的休閑性生態(tài)旅游活動,是將農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、觀光休閑、景觀營造融為一體的園林表現(xiàn)形式,是一種發(fā)展前景十分樂觀的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)。本文以農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園作為研究對象,通過對一些農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園的實地考察,查閱相關文獻資料,參考國內(nèi)外農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園規(guī)劃設計成功的案例,并親自參與了河南羅山縣石山口休閑農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園的規(guī)劃設計,用理論與實踐相結(jié)合的方法,進而得出了自己的結(jié)論。論文首先對農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園的研究背景和意義做了介紹,并對現(xiàn)今農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園的概念和發(fā)展歷程進行了詳細的分析,得出了觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)歷的階段和形成的特點,并指出了我國觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中現(xiàn)存的一些問題,并結(jié)合農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園規(guī)劃設計的理論基礎和指導原則,總結(jié)出了農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園的規(guī)劃流程,并詳細分析了農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園規(guī)劃設計的要點,進一步完善了農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園的規(guī)劃設計理論體系。河南羅山縣石山口休閑農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園位于河南省信陽市羅山縣石山口水庫風景區(qū),通過對園區(qū)的區(qū)位分析、發(fā)展定位、發(fā)展方向確定之后,規(guī)劃方案充分利用了周邊優(yōu)越的地理條件和濃郁的地方文化特色,依據(jù)相應的政策法規(guī),將其規(guī)劃為以水上娛樂和休閑垂釣為主題,以康體養(yǎng)生、觀光采摘為載體的多功能園區(qū)。按功能區(qū)域的劃分可將該農(nóng)園分為入口景觀、休閑娛樂、餐飲住宿、農(nóng)業(yè)觀光、垂釣、生態(tài)景觀六個功能分區(qū),并將生態(tài)、循環(huán)、節(jié)能的理念融入到規(guī)劃設計的各個方面�？傊�,本文通過理論與實踐相結(jié)合,旨在完善農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園規(guī)劃設計體系,也希望對以后農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園的規(guī)劃研究提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The agricultural sightseeing park is the product of the development of the agricultural tourism industry to a certain stage. It is a kind of leisure ecotourism activity combining modern agriculture and tourism that is developing rapidly. It is a combination of agricultural production, sightseeing and leisure. Landscape architecture is a new industry with optimistic development prospects. This article takes the agricultural sightseeing park as the research object, through the field inspection to some agricultural sightseeing park, consult the related literature material, consult the domestic and foreign agricultural sightseeing park planning and design successful case, The author personally participated in the planning and design of Shishankou leisure agricultural sightseeing garden in Luoshan County Henan Province and drew his own conclusion by combining theory with practice. Firstly, the paper introduces the research background and significance of agricultural sightseeing park, and analyzes the concept and development process of agricultural sightseeing park in detail, and obtains the stage and forming characteristics of tourism agriculture development. It also points out some problems existing in the development of tourism agriculture in China, and summarizes the planning process of agricultural sightseeing park by combining the theoretical basis and guiding principles of the planning and design of agricultural sightseeing park. The main points of planning and design of agricultural sightseeing garden are analyzed in detail, and the theoretical system of planning and design of agricultural sightseeing park is further improved. The Shishankou leisure agricultural sightseeing park in Luoshan County, Henan Province is located in the Shishankou Reservoir Scenic area of Luoshan County, Xinyang City, Henan Province. After the location analysis, development orientation and development direction of the park are determined, The planning program has made full use of the advantageous geographical conditions and rich local cultural characteristics in the surrounding areas. According to the corresponding policies and regulations, it has been planned to take water recreation and leisure fishing as the theme, and to maintain health and health. Sightseeing picking as the carrier of the multi-purpose park. According to the division of functional areas, the garden can be divided into six functional zones: entrance landscape, leisure and entertainment, dining and lodging, agricultural sightseeing, fishing and ecological landscape, and the ideas of ecology, circulation and energy conservation are integrated into all aspects of planning and design. In a word, through the combination of theory and practice, the purpose of this paper is to perfect the planning and design system of agricultural sightseeing garden, and also hope to provide some reference for the planning and research of agricultural sightseeing park in the future.
