基于遙感影像的地表空間結構變異函數(shù)探測分析

【摘要】:隨著多光譜傳感器的廣泛運用,利用地物光譜響應特征提取地表信息的技術日益成熟。但由于地表狀況的復雜性和光譜響應的局限性,傳統(tǒng)的光譜分析法在指示平均尺寸、空間分布等格局信息方面存在缺陷。已有研究發(fā)現(xiàn)變異函數(shù)參數(shù)與地表空間結構參數(shù)存在一定的對應關系,但由于當前變異參數(shù)和場景參數(shù)關系的研究大都基于真實影像,不具備完整性和系列性。對變異函數(shù)探測性能缺乏全面分析,使得目前變異函數(shù)探測遙感影像樹冠尺寸的效果仍然存在疑問。本文基于一系列不同尺寸分布和空間分布的一維和二維模擬影像,計算其變異函數(shù)值并提取變程。通過分析變異函數(shù)變程與模擬地物尺寸之間的關系,探究影響變程探測地物尺寸效果的因素,以及不同空間結構條件下變程探測地物大小準確性。最后結合法國南部地中海沿岸和西班牙中部的真實影像對模擬影像得出的研究結論進行驗證。研究結果表明:⑴當森林樹冠直徑小于樹冠之間平均距離一半時,且樹冠尺寸變動方差較小時,利用變異函數(shù)變程參量可以有效探測出遙感影像中森林樹冠尺寸;⑵當森林樹冠直徑大于樹冠之間平均距離一半時,變異函數(shù)變程參量基本不隨樹冠尺寸增大而變化;⑶當森林樹冠尺寸方差較大且樹冠直徑小于樹冠之間平均距離一半時,變異函數(shù)曲線的拐點探測出的樹冠尺寸要小于其真實值,而峰值變程探測出的樹冠尺寸要大于其真實值,并且這種偏差隨著樹冠尺寸方差的增大而增加。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of multispectral sensors, the technology of extracting surface information by using spectral response features of ground objects is becoming more and more mature. However, due to the complexity of the surface condition and the limitation of spectral response, the traditional spectral analysis method has defects in indicating the average size, spatial distribution and other pattern information. It has been found that there is a certain correspondence between the parameters of variation function and the parameters of surface spatial structure. However, most of the researches on the relationship between variation parameters and scene parameters are based on real images, so they do not have integrity and series. Due to the lack of comprehensive analysis on the detection performance of variogram, the effect of variogram in detecting the crown size of remote sensing images is still in doubt. Based on a series of one-dimensional and two-dimensional simulated images with different size distribution and spatial distribution, the variogram value is calculated and the variable range is extracted. By analyzing the relationship between variogram variation and simulated object size, the factors that affect the effect of variable-range detection and the accuracy of variable-range detection under different spatial structure are explored. Finally, real images of the Mediterranean coast of southern France and central Spain are used to verify the results of the simulated images. The results show that when the diameter of forest crown is less than half of the average distance between tree crown and the variance of crown size variation is small, the variation parameter of variation function can effectively detect the forest crown size in remote sensing image. 2When the diameter of forest tree crown is larger than half of the average distance between tree crown, the variable parameter of variation function basically does not change with the increase of crown size. 3 when the diameter of forest tree crown is less than half of the average distance between tree crown, the variance of tree crown size is larger than that of tree crown. The crown size detected at the inflection point of the variogram curve is smaller than its true value, while the crown size detected by the peak variation is larger than its true value, and the deviation increases with the increase of the crown size variance.
