【摘要】：在快速的城市化進(jìn)程中,城市擴(kuò)張引發(fā)的社會(huì)問題、環(huán)境問題愈發(fā)嚴(yán)重,城郊風(fēng)景資源亟待保護(hù),市內(nèi)游憩運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地粗陋匱乏,人們逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向郊野環(huán)境探尋更多綠色活動(dòng)空間。位于城市近郊的郊野運(yùn)動(dòng)公園以其優(yōu)質(zhì)景觀資源、豐富活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目等眾多優(yōu)秀特質(zhì),成為了城鄉(xiāng)居民的必然選擇。本文以郊野運(yùn)動(dòng)公園為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合大量的文獻(xiàn)資料與實(shí)際操作的體會(huì),提出了適合郊野運(yùn)動(dòng)公園的規(guī)劃策略體系,并以之為理論指導(dǎo),指導(dǎo)青甸湖郊野運(yùn)動(dòng)公園的規(guī)劃實(shí)踐,實(shí)現(xiàn)理論與實(shí)踐的有機(jī)結(jié)合。本文的主要內(nèi)容和研究結(jié)論如下:(1)歸納總結(jié)出郊野運(yùn)動(dòng)公園特征、強(qiáng)調(diào)了郊野運(yùn)動(dòng)公園的運(yùn)動(dòng)功能,對(duì)其分類方式進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。(2)借鑒有關(guān)城市空間理論、有關(guān)景觀理論、有關(guān)生態(tài)理論、有關(guān)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)理論以及有關(guān)游憩理論等多方理論,構(gòu)建郊野運(yùn)動(dòng)公園規(guī)劃理論初步框架。提出具體的規(guī)劃布局原則、景觀規(guī)劃原則、運(yùn)動(dòng)參與原則與及文化展示原則,并以此為依托,指導(dǎo)郊野運(yùn)動(dòng)公園的規(guī)劃策略體系的建立。(3)針對(duì)郊野運(yùn)動(dòng)公園的主題與性質(zhì)定位,提出了自然景觀資源和場(chǎng)地文脈條件與公園定位的相關(guān)性。強(qiáng)調(diào)明確公園性質(zhì)與發(fā)掘郊野運(yùn)動(dòng)公園內(nèi)涵之間的必然聯(lián)系。(4)對(duì)郊野運(yùn)動(dòng)公園提出資源利用要求、文化保護(hù)要求、功能強(qiáng)化要求和景觀展示要求,并制定相應(yīng)的規(guī)劃方式,為后續(xù)策略體系的建立奠定基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)的優(yōu)秀案例,總結(jié)提煉出適合郊野運(yùn)動(dòng)公園的規(guī)劃策略,即:總體規(guī)劃布局、功能分區(qū)、道路系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃、空間場(chǎng)地規(guī)劃、建筑規(guī)劃、景觀規(guī)劃、游憩康樂項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃、植物景觀規(guī)劃以及服務(wù)設(shè)施規(guī)劃,對(duì)其具體的應(yīng)用要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳盡闡述。(5)在實(shí)踐體系上,以青甸湖郊野運(yùn)動(dòng)公園規(guī)劃為例,依托郊野運(yùn)動(dòng)公園規(guī)劃策略體系,通過對(duì)場(chǎng)地概況的考察和分析,提出項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃目標(biāo)與特色定位,并進(jìn)一步對(duì)其各具體方面進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃。在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中探討理論與實(shí)踐的結(jié)合,以印證郊野運(yùn)動(dòng)公園規(guī)劃策略的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid urbanization, social problems caused by urban expansion, environmental problems become more and more serious, the suburban landscape resources need to be protected urgently, the urban recreation sports space is poor, people gradually turn to the countryside environment to explore more green activity space. The country sports park in the suburbs of the city has become an inevitable choice for urban and rural residents because of its high quality landscape resources, rich activities and many other excellent characteristics. This paper takes the country sports park as the research object, combined with a lot of literature and practical experience, puts forward the planning strategy system suitable for the country sports park, and takes it as the theoretical guidance. Guide the planning practice of Qingdian Lake country Sports Park and realize the organic combination of theory and practice. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1) summing up the characteristics of country sports park, emphasizing the sports function of country sports park, expounding its classification method in detail.) drawing lessons from the theory of urban space and landscape theory, The ecological theory, the sports theory and the recreation theory are discussed to construct the framework of the country sports park planning theory. The specific planning and layout principles, landscape planning principles, sports participation principles and cultural display principles are put forward to guide the establishment of the planning strategy system of country sports parks. The relationship between the natural landscape resources and the cultural conditions of the site and the location of the park is put forward. It is emphasized that the necessary connection between the nature of the park and the connotation of the country sports park should be clarified. (4) the requirements of resource utilization, cultural protection, function enhancement and landscape display for the country sports park should be put forward, and the corresponding planning methods should be worked out. It lays the foundation for the establishment of the following strategy system. Combined with the outstanding cases at home and abroad, this paper summarizes and abstracts the planning strategies suitable for country sports parks, that is, overall planning layout, functional zoning, road system planning, space site planning, architectural planning, landscape planning, and so on. Recreation Kang Le project planning, plant landscape planning and service facilities planning. The main points of its application are elaborated in detail. In the practical system, the planning of Qingdian Lake country Sports Park is taken as an example. Based on the planning strategy system of country sports park and through the investigation and analysis of the general situation of the site, this paper puts forward the planning goal and characteristic orientation of the project, and further plans the specific aspects of the project. This paper discusses the combination of theory and practice in practical application to confirm the practical application value of country sports park planning strategy.
