【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,工業(yè)園區(qū)的建設(shè)也越來(lái)越多,然而很多的工業(yè)區(qū)只注重了園區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,而忽視了環(huán)境效益。在工業(yè)園區(qū)設(shè)置集中的公共綠地是改善工業(yè)園區(qū)景觀、生態(tài)環(huán)境的重要舉措之一,具有十分重要的意義。第一部分,界定了工業(yè)區(qū)以及公園的定義,明確了工業(yè)園區(qū)公園的概念,并通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)收集與分析,總結(jié)了目前對(duì)工業(yè)園區(qū)公園研究的現(xiàn)狀。提出了工業(yè)園區(qū)公園設(shè)計(jì)的五大原則:以人為本原則、生態(tài)原則,地域文化原則、場(chǎng)所精神以及藝術(shù)性原則。通過(guò)分析工業(yè)園區(qū)公園的三大作用:塑造形象、景觀休憩以及安全防護(hù),工業(yè)區(qū)公園的作用決定了其地位。第二部分,對(duì)廣州中山岐江公園、中關(guān)村軟件園中心綠地、蘇州工業(yè)區(qū)沙湖公園以及鹽城經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)中心公園等幾個(gè)案例進(jìn)行分析,提取其值得借鑒之處,并用以指導(dǎo)本次規(guī)劃。第三部分,以河南省鎮(zhèn)平縣工業(yè)園區(qū)玉龍公園為例,通過(guò)研究項(xiàng)目概況、分析場(chǎng)地綜合情況、依據(jù)上位規(guī)劃,提出本次規(guī)劃的概念主題,做出玉龍公園的總體規(guī)劃,包括功能分區(qū)、景觀結(jié)構(gòu)、公園交通、豎向設(shè)計(jì)、植物種植、公共設(shè)施及照明設(shè)計(jì)等。(1)功能分區(qū):文化休閑區(qū)、濕地觀賞區(qū)、工業(yè)文化展示區(qū)、游戲運(yùn)動(dòng)區(qū)等八大分區(qū)。(2)景觀結(jié)構(gòu):“一帶、一軸、多點(diǎn)”。(3)空間與視線(xiàn)分析:三類(lèi)空間,多處視線(xiàn)。(4)交通規(guī)劃:三級(jí)園路體系,三處主出入口及停車(chē)場(chǎng)。(5)豎向規(guī)劃:確定場(chǎng)地標(biāo)高。(6)種植規(guī)劃:種植原則與樹(shù)種選擇。(7)照明規(guī)劃:三級(jí)照明系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the construction of industrial park is more and more. However, many industrial zones only pay attention to the economic benefits of the park, but ignore the environmental benefits. The establishment of centralized public green space in industrial parks is one of the important measures to improve the landscape and ecological environment of industrial parks, which is of great significance. The first part defines the definition of industrial park and park, defines the concept of industrial park, and summarizes the current research status of industrial park through literature collection and analysis. Five principles of park design in industrial park are put forward: people-oriented principle, ecological principle, regional culture principle, place spirit and artistic principle. Through the analysis of three functions of industrial park: shaping image, landscape recreation and safety protection, the role of industrial park determines its status. In the second part, we analyze several cases, such as Zhongshan Gijiang Park, Zhongguancun Software Park Central Green Space, Suzhou Industrial Zone Shahu Park and Yancheng Economic Development Zone Central Park. And to guide this program. The third part, taking the Yulong Park of Zhenping County Industrial Park in Henan Province as an example, through studying the general situation of the project, analyzing the comprehensive situation of the site, according to the upper planning, putting forward the conceptual theme of the planning, and making the overall planning of the Yulong Park. Including functional zoning, landscape structure, park traffic, vertical design, plant planting, public facilities and lighting design. Game sports area and other eight major divisions. 2) Landscape structure: "Belt, one axis, more points". 3) Space and line of sight analysis: three types of space, multi-line of sight. 4) Traffic planning: three level Park Road system, Three main entrances and exits and parking lot. 5) Vertical Planning: determine site elevation. 6) planting Planning: planting principle and Tree species selection. 7) Lighting Planning: third level Lighting system.
