化妝品包裝容器具的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】: 隨著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,化妝品這一時(shí)尚消費(fèi)品逐漸成為人們生活中的主流產(chǎn)品。瀏覽琳瑯滿目、充滿著競爭的化妝品銷售市場,,形態(tài)各異的化妝品包裝容器是吸引消費(fèi)者購買商品的主要因素之一,是化妝品價(jià)值體現(xiàn)的重要因素,即使存在大量廣告的情況下,化妝品的包裝也是極具有說服力的推銷員。在購買化妝品時(shí)首先引起消費(fèi)者注意的是外包裝。因此,包裝設(shè)計(jì)就被提到了一個十分重要的地位。 本文詳細(xì)地描述了已經(jīng)成功上市的某知名品牌的化妝品塑料包裝容器的設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)過程。在研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)過程的描述中,對塑料包裝容器所采用的造型設(shè)計(jì)、材料選擇、加工工藝選擇、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行理論分析,同時(shí)說明了塑料包裝容器的在每一設(shè)計(jì)步驟中所使用的設(shè)計(jì)方法,設(shè)計(jì)理論,計(jì)算方法等。 首先,確定了包裝的最終使用要求,對包裝的性能要求進(jìn)行定量的而不是定性的描述。 第二步,通過所收集的信息及消費(fèi)者測試的結(jié)果,確定了造型設(shè)計(jì)并產(chǎn)生初步的設(shè)計(jì)草圖。 第三步進(jìn)行了材料的初選及確定加工工藝,在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)量化綜合法確定了最終材料。 第四步,從加工角度及包裝性能的角度上進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。 最后,詳細(xì)地闡述了塑料化妝品包裝容器的實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證實(shí)方法并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)得出最后的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, cosmetics, a fashionable consumer goods, have gradually become the mainstream products in people's lives. Looking at the dazzling array of cosmetics, full of competition in the cosmetics sales market, cosmetics packaging containers of different shapes are one of the main factors that attract consumers to buy goods, as well as important factors reflecting the value of cosmetics. Even if there are a large number of advertisements, cosmetics packaging is very persuasive salesman. The first thing that attracts consumers' attention when buying cosmetics is outer packing. Therefore, packaging design has been raised to a very important position. This paper describes in detail the design and development process of a famous brand cosmetic plastic packaging container. In the description of R & D design process, the modeling design, material selection, processing technology selection and structure design of plastic packaging container are analyzed theoretically. At the same time, the design method, design theory and calculation method used in each design step of plastic packaging container are explained. First, the final use requirements of packaging are determined, and the performance requirements of packaging are described quantitatively rather than qualitatively. The second step, through the information collected and the results of the consumer test, the modeling design is determined and a preliminary design sketch is generated. In the third step, the primary selection of materials and the determination of processing technology are carried out. On the basis of this, the final materials are determined by statistical quantitative synthesis method. The fourth step, from the processing angle and packaging performance angle to carry on the structure design. Finally, the experimental verification method of plastic cosmetics packaging container is described in detail and the final conclusion is obtained by experimental data.
