基于LED陣列的高速相機(jī)閃光光源設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:在國(guó)防科技領(lǐng)域,如爆破,,燃燒,穿甲,外彈道的子彈運(yùn)動(dòng)的狀態(tài)都離不開(kāi)高速攝影,特別是在武器的研究過(guò)程中,它已成為觀察子彈飛行姿態(tài)的一個(gè)重要的手段。靶場(chǎng)測(cè)試常常在靶道內(nèi)進(jìn)行,而靶道內(nèi)的光線很暗不能夠滿足相機(jī)對(duì)照度的要求,因此,在高速攝影拍攝的時(shí)候,通常需要高亮度閃光燈作為輔助光源,以獲得清晰的圖像,完成拍攝范圍的測(cè)試。所以研究高速攝影同步閃光光源對(duì)靶道內(nèi)測(cè)試具有重要的意義和很高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。 論文的主要工作內(nèi)容如下: (1)本文在分析高速攝影光源的研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了一種LED陣列同步閃光光源,該光源可以與高速相機(jī)同步觸發(fā),快速地發(fā)出短暫的高亮度的光,通過(guò)MATLAB仿真得到1m處的光照度可達(dá)到80000Lux,而且發(fā)光的時(shí)間是可以控制的。 (2)本文設(shè)計(jì)的高速相機(jī)同步閃光光源主要由同步閃光光源的控制主機(jī)和LED陣列閃光面光源組成。LED陣列光源由900個(gè)大功率高亮度的LED組成,LED采用了串/并混聯(lián)的連接方式組成了30×30的正方形面排列光源,主要設(shè)計(jì)了驅(qū)動(dòng)電路和光源的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu);且該光源有常亮、自動(dòng)閃光、定時(shí)閃光三種模式,可以根據(jù)需要選擇不同的工作模式; (3)采用該閃光光源與高速相機(jī)配合使用進(jìn)行了大量的對(duì)比試驗(yàn),分別通過(guò)靜態(tài)試驗(yàn)與動(dòng)態(tài)試驗(yàn)對(duì)光源的性能進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,取得了比較好的效果。在靜態(tài)試驗(yàn)中拍攝了卷尺的圖片,自然條件下2000幀/秒的圖片是黑黑的基本上看不清,使用光源在4000幀/秒仍然可以得到很清晰的圖片;在動(dòng)態(tài)試驗(yàn)中,拍攝了運(yùn)動(dòng)的小鋼柱,使用該光源可以使高速相機(jī)在5000幀/秒時(shí)仍然可以清楚地進(jìn)行拍攝,并可以清楚的看到鋼柱的飛行姿態(tài);從而證明該光源可以在照度不足的情況下增加高速相機(jī)的曝光量,進(jìn)而可以使高速相機(jī)在較高幀頻的條件下得到清晰的拍攝效果,能夠有效的應(yīng)用到彈道實(shí)驗(yàn)的拍攝中。 該光源與以往的高速攝影光源相比,具有亮度高、壽命長(zhǎng)、功耗低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),而且更加環(huán)保,節(jié)能。
[Abstract]:In the field of national defense science and technology, such as blasting, burning, armour-piercing, and projectile motion, the state of projectile motion can not be separated from high-speed photography, especially in the research process of weapons, it has become an important means to observe the flight attitude of bullets. Range testing is often carried out in the target track, and the light in the target channel is very dark to meet the requirements of camera contrast. Therefore, in high speed photography, a high brightness flash is usually required as an auxiliary light source to obtain a clear image. Complete the shooting range test. Therefore, the study of synchronous flash light source for high-speed photography is of great significance and practical value. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) on the basis of analyzing the research status of high speed photography light source, a kind of LED array synchronous flash light source is designed, which can trigger synchronously with high speed camera. Give off short, high-brightness light quickly, Through MATLAB simulation, the illumination at 1m can reach 80000Lux00and the luminous time can be controlled. (2) the synchronous flash light source of the high-speed camera designed in this paper is mainly controlled by the master of synchronous flash light source and LED array flash. The LED array light source is composed of 900 high power and high brightness LEDs. The LED is composed of 30 脳 30 square array light sources by serial / hybrid connection. The driving circuit and the mechanical structure of the light source are designed, and the light source has three modes: normal light, automatic flash and timing flash, which can choose different working modes according to the need. (3) A large number of contrast tests were carried out by using the flash light source in conjunction with the high-speed camera. The performance of the light source was verified by static test and dynamic test, and good results were obtained. In the static test, the picture of tape measure was taken, the picture of 2000 frames per second was black and black under natural conditions, and the light source could still get very clear picture at 4000 frames per second; in the dynamic test, the moving small steel column was photographed. Using the light source, the high-speed camera can still be clearly photographed at 5000 frames / s, and the flying attitude of the steel column can be clearly seen. It is proved that the light source can increase the exposure of the high-speed camera under the condition of insufficient illumination. Furthermore, the high speed camera can get a clear shooting effect under the condition of higher frame rate, and can be applied to the shooting of ballistic experiment effectively. Compared with the previous high speed photography light source, this light source has the advantages of high brightness, long life, low power consumption, and is more environmentally friendly and energy saving.
