產(chǎn)業(yè)深度調(diào)整期的影院建設與發(fā)展趨勢探析

【摘要】:2016年以來,中國電影產(chǎn)業(yè)進入供需結(jié)構深度調(diào)整期。票房增速雖大幅下降,影院和銀幕數(shù)量卻發(fā)展至歷史最高點,并仍持續(xù)增長。影院建設雖下沉至地級市、縣級市,單體影院盈利水平低、盈利模式單一等問題卻更加凸顯,影院供需矛盾明顯。影院開發(fā)趨向保守,同時影院發(fā)展迎來資本驅(qū)動下的整合期,并購漸成趨勢。此外,在線付費視頻發(fā)行放映窗口以及點播影院等新型影院的建設和發(fā)展在豐富后電影市場的同時,也將倒逼傳統(tǒng)影院向差異化經(jīng)營方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since 2016, China's film industry has entered a period of deep adjustment of supply and demand structure. Box-office growth has slowed sharply, but the number of cinemas and screens has reached an all-time high and continues to grow. Although the cinema construction has sunk to the prefecture-level city, the county level city, the single cinema profit level is low, the profit pattern and so on question is more prominent, the cinema supply and demand contradiction is obvious. The development of cinemas tends to be conservative, at the same time, the development of cinemas ushered in a period of integration driven by capital, and mergers and acquisitions gradually become a trend. In addition, the construction and development of new cinemas, such as online paid video distribution and projection windows and on-demand cinemas, will not only enrich the post-movie market, but also force traditional cinemas to develop in the direction of differentiated management.
