日語專業(yè)研究生人才培養(yǎng)體系的內(nèi)涵與運作機制研究

【摘要】:本研究對我國13個代表性日語專業(yè)的研究生實施了研究生人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量問卷調(diào)查,在此基礎(chǔ)上嘗試構(gòu)建了由研究生、課程與任課教師、導(dǎo)師、教育管理層、辦學(xué)資源與條件五大因素構(gòu)成的研究生人才培養(yǎng)體系。相較于辦學(xué)資源的硬因素,其他四大軟因素是人才培養(yǎng)更為關(guān)鍵的因素。四大因素要積極發(fā)揮主觀能動性,各司其職,依靠制度建設(shè)和責(zé)任心增強,營造有利于人才培養(yǎng)的校園生態(tài),確保研究生人才培養(yǎng)體系有機、有效運作,切實提升研究生人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:This study conducted a questionnaire survey on the quality of graduate students' training in 13 representative Japanese majors in China. On the basis of this, the author tries to construct a system of graduate students, teachers, mentors, and education management.The talent training system of graduate students is composed of five factors: resources and conditions of running a school.Compared with the hard factor of school resources, the other four soft factors are the more critical factors of talent training.The four major factors should give full play to the subjective initiative, perform their respective duties, rely on the system construction and enhance the sense of responsibility, create a campus ecology conducive to the cultivation of talents, and ensure the organic and effective operation of the talent training system for graduate students.Improve the quality of postgraduate talent training.
