【摘要】：當(dāng)代中國,價(jià)值自信具有豐富的內(nèi)涵邏輯,是人民精神面貌的重要體現(xiàn),如今,中國人民在中國價(jià)值的指引下不斷創(chuàng)造奇跡,中國價(jià)值的能量受到世界矚目,值得我們繼續(xù)堅(jiān)守、創(chuàng)新和弘揚(yáng)。文化強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略下,國家話語能力的提升要以價(jià)值自信作為精神支點(diǎn),這既有助于激活中國價(jià)值精髓和促動(dòng)價(jià)值自覺,也有助于在國際交往中彰顯中國的文化軟實(shí)力。在價(jià)值自信視閾下探索國家話語能力提升的內(nèi)在邏輯,發(fā)現(xiàn)其是價(jià)值自覺與價(jià)值自信的統(tǒng)一,新時(shí)期又迎合了回應(yīng)世界話語訴求的衍生邏輯,在具體實(shí)踐中,要堅(jiān)持把握民族化、世界化、時(shí)代化和發(fā)展化四個(gè)維度,堅(jiān)持價(jià)值自覺,堅(jiān)定價(jià)值自信,不斷提升國家話語的內(nèi)聚力、破解力、創(chuàng)新力和生命力。
[Abstract]:In contemporary China, value confidence has rich connotative logic and is an important embodiment of the people's spiritual outlook. Nowadays, the Chinese people continue to create miracles under the guidance of Chinese value, and the energy of China's value attracts the attention of the world. Under the strategy of cultural power, the promotion of national discourse ability should take value confidence as the spiritual fulcrum, which is helpful to activate the essence of Chinese value and promote value consciousness. It also helps to highlight China's cultural soft power in international exchanges. From the perspective of value confidence, it explores the internal logic of the improvement of national discourse ability, and finds that it is the unity of value consciousness and value confidence. In the new period, it caters to the derivative logic of responding to the demands of the world discourse. In the concrete practice, it is necessary to persist in grasping the four dimensions of nationalization, cosmopolitzation, epoch and development, persist in value consciousness, and strengthen value self-confidence. Constantly improve the cohesion, deciphering, innovation and vitality of national discourse.
