【摘要】：與私人領(lǐng)域相對的公共領(lǐng)域，是介于國家與社會之間的一個公共空間，并隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與公眾之間建立了越來越密切的關(guān)系。在這個空間內(nèi)公眾之間就某個或某些大家共同關(guān)心的話題進(jìn)行評判，以求達(dá)成共識，但公共領(lǐng)域運(yùn)行的順利與否在一定程度上與該領(lǐng)域的每一個參與者對道德準(zhǔn)則的接受與執(zhí)行程度密切相關(guān)。隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的確立與不斷完善，我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)出現(xiàn)了史無前例的快速增長，人們的物質(zhì)生活水平在不斷提高與改善。然而，在經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的背后，人們在公共領(lǐng)域中表現(xiàn)出的道德意識卻沒有得到相應(yīng)的提高，公共道德的引導(dǎo)作用被削弱了，甚至影響了經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展。轉(zhuǎn)型社會時期的公共性擴(kuò)張產(chǎn)生了相應(yīng)的對社會公共生活規(guī)則與秩序的普遍需求，但由于人們價值取向的多樣化特征，出現(xiàn)了公共生活規(guī)則的統(tǒng)一性要求與個體生活多樣化之間的矛盾沖突。探尋公共領(lǐng)域道德缺失的原因，并提出有效的對策，對于構(gòu)建和諧社會，對于社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展無疑具有重要的意義。 公共領(lǐng)域的道德缺失主要體現(xiàn)在社會生活、社會文化、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)等四個領(lǐng)域。在社會生活領(lǐng)域，仍然存在著諸如破壞公共設(shè)施、亂扔?xùn)|西等現(xiàn)象；人們在虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)中的交流缺乏信任。在社會文化領(lǐng)域，電視、報刊的內(nèi)容存在娛樂庸俗化現(xiàn)象；新聞工作者制造假新聞，對報道對象收取額外費(fèi)用；在學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域，，立項(xiàng)、評獎等活動也有弄虛作假的情況。在政治領(lǐng)域，公共權(quán)力被濫用。在社會經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域，企業(yè)與企業(yè)、企業(yè)與消費(fèi)者之間缺乏誠信、表現(xiàn)出制假售假等缺乏社會良知，唯利是圖的情況。 長期以來，國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對公共領(lǐng)域道德缺失進(jìn)行了廣泛、深入的探討，其探討涉及到了多個學(xué)科，但是，隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，新情況，新問題的不斷出現(xiàn)，公共領(lǐng)域道德缺失問題并未得到根本解決。 本文主要通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、唯物辯證法、觀察法對公共領(lǐng)域道德缺失的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行闡述與分析，最終試圖從健全社會公共生活領(lǐng)域倫理，建立公共權(quán)力濫用的制約機(jī)制，完善市場倫理等三個方面找到解決道德缺失的對策。
[Abstract]:The public sphere, as opposed to the private sphere, is a public space between the state and society. And with the development of society and economy, the relationship between the public and the public has become closer and closer. In this space, the public will judge one or some of the topics of common concern in order to reach a consensus. However, the smooth operation of the public sphere to a certain extent is closely related to the acceptance and implementation of moral norms by every participant in the field. With the establishment and continuous improvement of the market economy system, The economy of our country has experienced unprecedented rapid growth, and people's material living standards are constantly improving and improving. However, behind the rapid economic development, people's moral consciousness in the public sphere has not been correspondingly improved. The guiding role of public morality has been weakened and even affected the economic and social development. The public expansion in the transitional society has resulted in a corresponding general demand for the rules and order of social public life. However, due to the diversified characteristics of people's value orientation, there is a contradiction between the unity requirement of public life rules and the diversity of individual life. This paper explores the causes of moral deficiency in the public sphere, and puts forward effective countermeasures. For the construction of a harmonious society, for the sustainable development of society is undoubtedly of great significance. The moral deficiency in the public sphere is mainly reflected in the four fields of social life, social culture, politics and economy. In the field of social life, there are still phenomena such as destroying public facilities and throwing things around. There is a lack of trust in people's communication in the virtual online community. In the field of social culture, there is entertainment vulgarization in the content of television and newspapers; journalists make false news and charge extra fees to those who report; and in the academic field, projects are established. In the political field, public power is abused, in the social and economic fields, between enterprises and enterprises, between enterprises and consumers, there is a lack of integrity, showing a lack of social conscience, such as counterfeiting, selling counterfeits, etc. A mercenary situation. For a long time, scholars at home and abroad have carried out extensive and in-depth discussions on moral deficiencies in the public domain, which have involved many disciplines. However, with the development of social economy, new situations and new problems have emerged. The lack of morality in the public sphere has not been fundamentally resolved. This article mainly through the literature research method, materialist dialectics, observation law to the public domain moral deficiency present situation carries on the elaboration and the analysis, finally attempts from the consummation social public life domain ethics, establishes the public power abuse restriction mechanism. Improve the market ethics and other three aspects to find a solution to the lack of moral countermeasures.
