China's Statecraft in South Asia:From Resources to Power

作為曾經(jīng)的傳奇文明,中國正通過增強自身實力與政治影響力逐步重拾昔日輝煌。1949年新中國成立后,中國在較長一段時間內(nèi)一直是一個落后國家。1978年改革開放以后,中國的經(jīng)濟急速增長,政治地位上升,中國也因此在國際領域獲得廣泛關注。在短短30年時間內(nèi),中國崛起為一個強大國家。在此之前,沒有一個國家能像中國一樣崛起速度如此之快,因此,中國的崛起在國際社會引起關注。分析人士、決策者、政治評論家以及媒體對中國崛起持不同看法。一些人認為,中國不同于過去那些通過霸權(quán)方式崛起的國家;另一些人則認為中國與此類國家無異,世界面臨著相似的霸權(quán)沖突。由此看來,中國的行動與行為引起廣泛關注和研究。政治分析人士和觀察人士認為,中國一直在世界各個地區(qū)擴大勢力范圍。最重要的是,中國在過去十年中對其國際社會地位和與外界的關系更加自信。在世界的不同地區(qū),中國實行著不同的方針政策。中國對非洲、中亞與東南亞的政策有所不同。然而,這其中也存在一個共性,即為了增強實力,中國一直利用其資源,并且將這些資源轉(zhuǎn)化為在該地區(qū)的影響力工具。在此背景下,本文旨在分析中國在南亞的外交政策。值得注意的是,盡管中國與南亞五國共享邊境,但是北京在喜馬...
