　　在當(dāng)今世界政治中,國(guó)際關(guān)系理論的許多應(yīng)用中,往往會(huì)引起兩大區(qū)域大國(guó)在其能力分布上的相對(duì)平衡,從而參與戰(zhàn)略競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。在結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)實(shí)主義和構(gòu)成主義的背景下,討論了在權(quán)力平衡中存在的不確定性等內(nèi)在問(wèn)題,它們往往無(wú)法消除持久的保留:第一;所有的國(guó)家行動(dòng)者實(shí)際上都參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)或權(quán)力平衡嗎?第二,所有國(guó)家的演員都被賦予了參與戰(zhàn)略競(jìng)爭(zhēng)或力量平衡的資源和工具嗎?因此,本文借鑒了基本問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生地區(qū)大國(guó)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),利用相對(duì)平衡的概念在權(quán)力的分配,不確定性和威脅感知這種力量平衡的變化,包括但不限于身份變化提出強(qiáng)有力的替代方法,突顯出前景中日外交競(jìng)爭(zhēng)亞洲到非洲蔓延。此外,盡管有許多形式,現(xiàn)有的關(guān)于非洲的中日外交的研究卻傾向于促進(jìn)陳腐的辯論,雖然在某些方面鼓舞人心,但往往只是強(qiáng)調(diào)了簡(jiǎn)單的道路:在方法上的不同或相似或非洲區(qū)域國(guó)家的接受。雖然中日非洲外交也被檢查的例外論或目標(biāo),有小注意研究討論兩國(guó)的非洲外交的上下文內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)性因素,促使他們的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系在亞洲,特別是自2013年以來(lái)前進(jìn)當(dāng)日本開(kāi)始制度化平衡措施對(duì)抗中國(guó)的崛起。日本意識(shí)到中國(guó)崛起帶來(lái)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),努力恢復(fù)其好戰(zhàn)姿態(tài),并越來(lái)越多地利用其非洲外交手段,在其重振軍事身份的過(guò)程中展現(xiàn)“...
