磁性粉煤灰陶粒的制備及在MBBR中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:水污染問題,已經(jīng)成為制約各地經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會發(fā)展的重要問題,提高污水排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和污水處理效果成了必然要求;粉煤灰每年排放量巨大,對環(huán)境的壓力與日俱增,對其進(jìn)行資源化利用勢在必行。本論文提出利用粉煤灰制備粉煤灰陶粒并對其進(jìn)行磁改性,將改性后的磁性粉煤灰陶粒作為MBBR反應(yīng)器的生物填料,從而達(dá)到以廢治廢的目的。本論文的主要研究成果如下:(1)每份粉煤灰陶粒的主要原料為30g粉煤灰,60g粘土,4g發(fā)泡劑和5g秸稈粉;燒結(jié)條件為預(yù)熱溫度600℃,預(yù)熱時間20 min;燒結(jié)溫度1240℃,燒結(jié)時間30 min。冷卻后得到的粉煤灰陶粒密度為1.01g?cm~(-3),堆積密度0.483g?cm~(-3)。陶粒比表面積,鹽酸可溶率、磨損率以及孔隙率均能達(dá)到國家《水處理用人工陶粒濾料》的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。(2)利用硫酸亞鐵(FeSO_4)和三氯化鐵(FeCl_3)可以制備磁性材料。制備的磁性材料,主要成分是鐵氧化物(MeFe_2O_4)和亞鐵磁性氧化物(Fe_2O_3),具有弱磁性(300~450m Gs)。利用磁性材料對粉煤灰陶粒進(jìn)行磁改性,在水玻璃環(huán)境下進(jìn)行混合黏結(jié),能夠得到具有微弱磁場(30m Gs~100m Gs)的磁性粉煤灰陶粒。(3)在三套MBBR反應(yīng)器中分別利用無載體、非磁性粉煤灰陶粒和磁性粉煤灰陶粒作為生物膜填料。在相同反應(yīng)條件下,磁性陶粒載體開始掛膜時間最短為9d,非磁性陶粒載體為11d。掛膜穩(wěn)定后,磁性陶粒載體相對于無載體反應(yīng)器和非磁性陶粒載體對COD_(cr)的去除率高出約10%~15%和5%~10%;對NH_3-N的去除率高出約20%~30%和5%~10%?梢,磁性粉煤灰陶粒能夠提高M(jìn)BBR反應(yīng)器的掛膜速率和污染物的去除效果。
