【摘要】：本文作為一個探索性研究,運用案例研究和扎根理論方法,以陜鼓集團為案例研究對象,探討了商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新情境下企業(yè)家心智模式演化過程。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),"自我解構""同理轉念""自我造夢""升維布局""自我更新"構成了商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新情境下企業(yè)家心智模式的典型特征,五種心智模式狀態(tài)的遞進組合形成了企業(yè)級、行業(yè)級、事業(yè)級心智模式演化子進程,這三種子進程的遞進組合最終形成了商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新中企業(yè)家的心智模式演化過程。這一過程同時也是企業(yè)家對立統(tǒng)一思維方式交織變動的過程,是企業(yè)家心智格局逐步放大、心智范圍逐步拓寬的過程,是與企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新協(xié)同互動的過程。
[Abstract]:As an exploratory study, this paper discusses the evolution process of entrepreneur's mental model in the context of business model innovation by using case study and rooted theory method, taking Shaangu Group as the case study object. It is found that "self-deconstruction", "empathic transformation", "self-dream creation", "ascending dimension layout" and "self-renewal" constitute the typical characteristics of entrepreneur's mental model in the context of business model innovation, and the progressive combination of five mental models forms the enterprise level. The progressive combination of these three subprocesses forms the evolution process of entrepreneur's mental model in business model innovation. At the same time, this process is also a process of intertwining and changing the mode of thinking of entrepreneur's unity of opposites. It is also a process in which the entrepreneur's mental pattern is enlarged step by step, and the mental range is gradually broadened. It is also a process of synergistic interaction with the innovation of enterprise's business model.
