【摘要】：協(xié)商民主制度在我國具有深厚的歷史基礎(chǔ)和鮮明的歷史邏輯。在民主革命時期,中國共產(chǎn)黨就開始了對協(xié)商民主制度的早期探索。在協(xié)商建國的過程中,制度化的協(xié)商民主開始正式形成。改革開放的新時期以來,中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的協(xié)商民主的制度化水平進(jìn)入新的發(fā)展階段。從歷史角度對中國共產(chǎn)黨協(xié)商民主制度進(jìn)行考察,對深化協(xié)商民主制度研究、加強黨的執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)以及推進(jìn)治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:The democratic system of consultative democracy has a profound historical basis and distinct historical logic in China. During the period of democratic revolution, the Communist Party of China began the early exploration of the democratic system of consultation. In the process of consultation, the institutionalized consultative democracy began to be formally formed. Since the new period of reform and opening up, the consultations led by the Communist Party of China The institutionalized level of democracy has entered a new stage of development. It is of great significance to study the democratic system of the Communist Party of China from a historical point of view, to deepen the study of the democratic system of consultation, to strengthen the party's power construction, and to promote the modernization of the governance system and the ability to govern.
